Has a lot of potential. Haven't taken the "coming soon" sign down yet and it's been a month si I would recommend doing that. This gym is great don't get me wrong, a great idea atleast. The only reason I cancelled is because you have to pay every time to have a yoga mat of theirs to do any workouts without machines. So annoying. You can't bring your own mat either. There is no "beginner", "intermediate", or "hard" levels. It's the same thing every time. It's always very empty and scary at night with all the TV's going at once. I tried to do other things that didn't require a yoga mat but the seats for all of the machines are so uncomfortable I couldn't even stand a 15 minute session. If this gym is for you, it's great. The idea of working out in a sauna is awesome. But, I guess it was timing. They just opened, had no water available, still working on some things & ultimately it just isn't for me. read more

The downtown location is easy to find. On the corner of Palafox and Main street. Street parking. Nice layout, have merchandise for purchase. Nice yoga wear with brands like Onzie - they have some sale items too. They had tanks, crops, pants, capris, bootie socks, headbands and more. Kinda on the pricey side for my taste if the prices on the tag were accurate. After the little store area is the 2 workout rooms, the first area had the pilates machines. 2nd room for other classes like aerial and trx. This place does have windows- I'm not sure if pedestrians can see inside or not. Nice lighting. Very clean. Large cubbies to store your items. Our TRX teacher was very patient and supportive. The class was quick but intense enough for a burn. I really like how easy the moves were to pick up. I wished we had time to warm up a little before the class but we did cool down. She played music from her phone too. I live good music with a workout. Overall, I liked the class and the place. I hope to take more classes at either location. They did have group packages and offered discounts for military, teachers, and students.

She was able to release the tight adhesions that compress and contort my surrounding muscles. She was also able to relieve many painful tender muscle knots, aka trigger points. She did so much work on me in 60 minutes, that this is the best Myofascial Release (MFR) massage ever! She is highly skilled and her massage techniques provided me great relief from the agonizing pain I suffer. Barbara is highly knowledgeable, she listens to your complaints and understands your body! She is so intuitive that her magic hands instinctively know where your body is having pain! She is certainly "Master Level." She listens to your body and understands body mechanics. Our daughter wasn't tall enough to ride everything (only 38"), but we still managed to have a good time. They have a lot of rides for the smaller kids. My wife and I enjoyed the roller coaster the best. We took advantage of the low wait times and rode the roller coaster several times. Definitely worth checking out.

It was the day before Thanksgiving, and most of the SUP places had closed up for the season. Robert was the only one that returned my call. Personable and friendly from the jump, Robert said he could deliver SUP boards to us that morning, and he was coming from Pensacola. Robert asked what type of car we had, our height, and where we were looking to SUP. All of the questions so he could determine what accessories to bring to meet our needs. He offered to drop off the SUP boards anywhere we wanted to meet. But wanting to SUP at multiple areas, Robert hooked us up with a roof rack system so we could bring our boards anywhere we wanted. Robert showed up at our rental that morning with everything we could need to SUP; boards, paddles, life jackets, leashes, and a soft roof rack system. He showed us how to get the rack and boards on our car, and suggested places for us to not only SUP, but to visit for scenery/food. Robert gave us a map outlining historical areas of Pensacola, and must-not-be-missed restaurants, with suggestions of places to go, things to do. For pick-up, all we had to do was leave our boards outside and Robert came and picked them up. We had such a nice time on the boards, they were in great condition, and the roof rack system worked seamlessly. Everything was handled with ease, and Robert was easily reachable by text. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking to SUP. Oh and their boards are dog-friendly!

I've done hot yoga prior, and Infrared sauna session was significantly better. The air didn't feel as hot and stifling, but my body's reaction was definitely still comparable. As a result, I was able to tolerate a much longer sweat/exercise session in the infrared sauna. Most importantly, I felt crisp and relaxed afterward. Additionally, one immediately noticeable benefit is that my deep sleep improved drastically according to my Oura ring. The science is just beginning regarding infrared light saunas...I don't believe all the detox claims from sweat, but otherwise, light therapy is promising and it can only benefit trying out. I think if you're ready to invest in having the benefits of not just exercise, but also of infrared light therapy, give hotworx a go. This location is great, open 24 hrs, staff is really helpful/friendly. read more

I've never loved a workout so much. No doubt I was intrigued bc I could get the benefits of a 1+ hour workout in 15 minutes but once here I find myself not wanting to leave! ! ! I try and do 2-3 classes at the time. My fave is the bike but the yoga in the sauna is killer too! The fact that you can drop in ANYTIME is the best part. + It's always super clean & I love that I can grab a starbs right after Give it a try! Chances are you'll be hooked too! read more

I absolutely love HotWorx! This place offers great workout classes. I love that this place is open 24/7, has HIIT classes and ISO classes. The saunas really make a difference for me and actually help with a chronic back/pelvic problem. But what I love the most about HotWorx is the community!
