However they didn't give us our snack until right at the very end and we only had like 5 mins to eat it and then was whisked off to the sauna and when we came back, the snack was gone. Which was disappointing bc the snacks were very tasty and delicious and such a waste of food. If we had that room the whole time, they should've given us the snack at the beginning so we had the whole time to eat it.. we each had at least two services. I had the massage and it was very average. The lady didn't know where my trigger points were at all and was just massaging with no regard for my personal trigger points. Then when I laid face up, she put a wet warm towel on my face and by the end of it, it was cold and felt like gross wet towel on my face. Also that evening, I had red bumps all over my face. And she completely fucked up my neck. She had no idea where trigger points in my neck were either and was just pushing way too hard on all the wrong spots. It was not great. The sauna can fit two people and you could get on YouTube and play whatever music you like. Which was nice. But I don't see the benefit in the sauna at all. Very odd. Anyways, the other girls seemed to enjoy their services for the most part so at least that's a plus. But I will definitely not be coming back.

As per usual the office was clean, warm and inviting in atmosphere. This was my second therapeutic massage with Cameron, who is new, coming to our community from the Denver, Colorado area, where she is from and had become certified. I knew my first experience with her had been outstanding. She greeted my warmly, and I had prepped well for the massage. She did the customary assessment interview of areas for possible focus, with me giving her a few, but also I've learned that just as a doctor's 'symtoms + blood-test' will indicate an appropriate medical approach, the information that her fingertips on my body would generate would give much guidance on how to apply the beautiful arsenal of therapy that the assembled techniques of massage therapy employ. What does she need from me? Only a little 'common sense' cooperation, while I can take it all in with a relaxed, sweet surrender of my stresses and tensions melting away. The soft, relaxing music she chose was especially happening to be to my tastes. Even if I attempted, I don't think I could have counted all the different approaches she used, one flowing into the next. While even a 90 minute therapeutic massage can't 'last forever', one does carry its benefits forward from the experience, in the hours, days and weeks going forward. I really, honestly believe that many more people than realize it could benefit greatly from this, truly, entirely real therapy from Cameron at Lifestyles Massage & Bodyworks.

Nice seating area, nice waterfall. Heated massage table. Very quite as well. Chelsey the massage therapist was fantastic. I did an hour massage 30 minutes deep and 30 minutes Swedish. She worked magic!! Perfect pressure. Never judge a book by it cover. From the outside- typical strip mall- inside very relaxing and great massage. 88$ for an hour massage. Fine price by me!! The last spa massage I received only a month or two ago 220$ for one hour- guess that was a pricey rental of a bathrobe!! Defiantly recommend!!

I used a Living Social Coupon for a seaweed body wrap. It was an ok experience. This was the first wrap that used ace-like bandages to wrap...it was a little weird and time consuming to actually wrap but it wasn't that bad. After being wrapped, I laid on a water massage bed and while there could have been more pressure on the jets, it was ok. Leslie was the therapist and she's very personable. Can't say that I'll do the wrap again but I may go try the massage.

Then after viewing the website it just seemed like exactly the kind of place I'd go to at home so I booked a massage with Matthew. Little did I know it would be one of the best massages I've ever had!! So i've probably gotten a couple hundred massages over the years (I spent some time overseas where it was affordable enough to get a massage every couple days -- man I miss that!!) and in half a dozen countries and I'm not kidding when I say this was one of the best ever. I got a combination rejuvenation/zen massage which was really a perfect balance of body and mind relaxation. There were elements of Thai massage, lomi lomi, swedish, and a little Matthew magic! So I left feeling great and today I still feel the benefits of the massage so I am completely happy with my experience. But that's not all -- I just got a follow-up email from Matthew that was personalized and included some additional information about an injury I'm trying to heal! I couldn't believe he took the time to follow up and send this info to someone who doesn't live in the area and can't really refer anyone or bring repeat business. That's when you know you are working with someone who truly cares about their clients and cares about what they do.
