This is by far my favorite, and only, place to get my 60 min. deep tissue massage. I haven't gone anywhere else in the past two years and there's a reason! Everyone I've met is friendly and warm. If you're looking for deep tissue, you cannot go wrong with Erin or Justice. They are both wonderful and make you feel at ease instantly, communicating as much or as little as you'd like during your session. They can adjust the pressure accordingly and make a point to chat with you before to determine any problem areas and what you're comfortable with. They moved locations a couple of months ago so make note if you're used to visiting the old one. They upgraded considerably with the new space and I'm looking forward to trying out the new services they're offering. While the location may be unassuming, the massages are amazing! My parents gifted me with their pregnancy package: 9 60 minute massages for pregnancy and postpartum. I have seen Britton from the beginning and she's wonderful! She always listens to how I like the pressure to be adjusted and what areas to focus on. I referred my parents to here as well and they both say it's the best massage they have ever received which is saying a lot as they get massages twice a month elsewhere. They have a convenient online booking system and I have typically been able to schedule a massage just a few days before my desired day. This is definitely not a spa like atmosphere. The decor is minimal and you can hear others talking very easily and pretty frequently even though they have a sign in each room saying to keep the talking to a minimum. If this matters to you I would suggest looking elsewhere! read more

I booked a 120 minute relation massage with Justice. It was my first visit, but definitely won't be my last. The 2 hours drifted by perfectly. I nodded off to sleep mid-massage. Doesn't get anymore relaxing than that! Justice was professional yet caring, worked out the knots in my shoulders and back, and offered suggestions for stretches to perform between visits. Several years ago, I injured my lower left back on the last set of a back workout. After months of stretching and icing, I was able to eliminate the constant uncomfortable feeling of lower back pain, but I noticed a dramatic loss in flexibility. Several weeks ago, I re-injured my lower left back doing some deadlifts, but the pain was much more serious. I could barely bend forward (if at all). After a couple days of icing and stretching, I could bend forward slightly and very slowly but the pain was extremely uncomfortable. I decided to finally give massage therapy a try. My massage therapist was Jeff Nivens. When I met him, we spent a few minutes just talking about my injury and he was very attentive to where I was experiencing pain. He pledged to focus solely on my lower left back. Throughout the massage, he began working on my glutes as well, because he identified that this was perhaps the main problem area that was causing my pain. I came to Imagine Wholeness for healing/medical purposes, and I was blown away by the immediate results. To give you an idea of how much healing occurred after just the first session: before the massage, if I was laying flat on the ground, I would not be able to push myself up more than 30 degrees without severe pain. When Jeff left the room after my first session, I was laying flat on my back on the bed. I then slowly pushed myself up and was able to sit perpendicular to the bed with my legs lying straight. UNBELIEVABLE. This was unthinkable just a few hours earlier. After the session, Jeff gave me some stretches I could perform at home to continue to rehab. They've been great and much more effective than all the stretches I looked up on YouTube and Google. I've come in for two more sessions since, and my back continues to feel better and better. They will not laser your unwanted hair or do your nails or wrap you in mud, but they will give you an excellent massage and go above and beyond to make sure you are able to reap all of the benefits of your session. The building is unassuming and the decor is simple, but the environment is quiet and relaxing. There is always parking available in the lot outside. I found this to be a good location and the room was very relaxing. I only dock one star for the walls being a bit thin, so you could hear what was going on in the office and talking in other rooms. Overall it was still a relaxing experience. I went ahead and purchased additional massages, because the massage itself was one of the best I've had. Many therapists have had difficulty reaching a few problem areas around my shoulders. Between the stretching and pressure applied by my masseuse, Erin, I felt relief in places I hadn't before. I saw another reviewer complain about a painful experience, and all you need to do is communicate that during your massage. I am a Multiple Myeloma patient and with that comes a variety of muscle and nerve issues along with chemotherapy side effects. Massage therapy for me is not so much a luxury as it is a form of detoxification and a release of nerves that are bound up and extremely painful at times. Picking a massage therapist is a difficult decision for me. I have been very disappointed with several that I've tried. Not so with Justice at Imagine Wholeness. Not only was he incredibly effective and wonderfully skilled, he let me chatter on and on nervously as I often do when meeting a therapist for the first time. Eventually, as my body was relaxing, the excessive communication coming from me turned into a sort of semi-incoherent mumble. I was so happy feeling the pain and tension leave key points in my back, legs, and shoulders. I was so impressed that I have made another appointment for the following day so that other areas can be given the kind of attention that he gave to my most troublesome spots the first time. I was searching for a place to help with my frozen shoulder. I googled and came across this gem. I called and spoke to Julia, talked to her about my needs and she was very patient attentive, not rushing to get me an appt or off the phone. Had an amazing massage from Megan. She is practiced in release therapy, which allows your muscle groups to relax much more quickly, and for your massage to be much more effective. This helps me immensely, as it helps my chiropractic adjustments to be more effective. She also is skilled in reiki, which allows for a deep, calming heat to be applied using just her hands, concentrating energy on a bad spot. There have been multiple times I have had menstrual cramps and with the reiki, they went instantly away. She listens to your issues and really works to make a difference. She has experience with essential oils, and knows the blends to help with whatever is ailing you. She has a very calming presence, which puts you at ease. I took my mother along for the experience as she is undergoing chemo therapy treatments and needs some relaxation. Lexi was her massage therapist and took excellent care of hereven though she had to lay on her side due to her port. Julia does not normally work on the weekends but came in on her day off just to fit me in so I could be there with my mother. She was wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate us.
