Go in to pick up the keys, which is what uhaul said was only requirment. I ask the desk agent for the keys, lady says owner handles that he will be right out. Owner has me folllow him into a back room and says system is down. I said here is everything I uploaded and my confirmation number, his response that means nothing and wouldn't look at my phone. He asks for id and cc. I provided both. Then says I need a veifiier that we can reach out to if needed, that knows why I need this rental. What? Gave him a name. Starts asking me where am I taking the truck from one house to another. He then says insufficient answer. What? Verifier not acceptable tell me another verfiier that is related and local. I said I have rented many uhauls at other locations and haven't been talked down to like this ever. He says "get out" we are done you are not renting my truck. Guy after me says I need the keys to the biggest box truck all paid ready to go, he takes one look at him and says I have no information. Kid says I am not going thru that stupidly long process again, and the owner says "get out you are not getting my truck. While we are both outside waiting for uber we called main uhaul number and complained as the owner prevented us from cancelling. Uhaul did right by us. This gas station needs to close. Its impossible to get a uhaul same day and this owner knew that. Stop giving your money to this complete ignorant tyrant.

So I tell the mechanic about what was going on with the car and he tells me he knows what's wrong it's a battery,and needs spark plugs? Ok. Wants full payment up front. Ok. I also got used tires from him and paid cash for them. So he doesn't give me a estimate or anything and just does the work which took about a month to complete after I paid him in full first. Now I'm thinking he definitely did a diagnosis test to it first that told him it was the battery and plugs that was causing the issues right. I get the car back had it for 1 hour it broke down 3 times same issue and I finally get it back to him and he says well now I got to put the computer on it to see what the problem is and I said why didn't u do that first like your supposed to. He said I thought I knew what it was and goes to tell me the computer says it's running rich and he wants another 300.00 to do a smog test to find out the issue. Now he already charged me around 1200.00 for the prior work that he guessed at doesn't other a refund for putting parts I didn't need in my car and know wants to charge me more and it's just to see the issues with it. So I got upset this is 2 months now dealing with the back and forth then when I wanted a refund he told me if I'm not going to pay more money to fix it then he's charging me 35.00 a day for storage fees. Which is just not right. I paid him my card not fixed and he's now he won't give my car back to me. Even after he's paid for the wrong work done to my car. I'm in the middle of getting lawyers involved. He pretends to care about you until he gets paid and then he just tries to get as much money as he can out of you.
