Honestly, what are they on? Whatever happened to Customer Service? Today, was one of those days where I remembered how nice it is to have one nearby. I grabbed some OTC medicine and after I got home and opened the bottle I realized I bought capsules instead of tablets. If it were for myself it wouldn't have mattered but I needed to cut the pill in half for a dog dosage, and couldn't do that with a capsule. I went back within minutes and was able to return the opened package for an even exchange for the correct bottle. I was so grateful, because though it was my mistake, their generous return policy spared me from spending double on what I needed. My pup and I are so grateful for you Walgreens! I will continue to support you any chance I can.

I work in the area, so I normally pop in here for small things to and from the office with my recent drop by being to pick up a few photos I had printed. The photo counter was staffed, which was a surprise honestly. He was nice and quickly gave me my photos. I went to the front to ring up, and the cashier was positive and friendly throughout the process. The store can be a bit of a mess on occasion, which seems to be the theme for Walgreens honestly. Always seem to be stepping over items or moving unmanned stocking carts out of my way. Overall, solid Walgreens location that I have no issues utilizing!

I knew they were overpriced but wanted to support my local gemstore. Then the girl, who was very nice, asked for a tip. I didnt understand why I was tipping and bc I am kind, I did tip. I realize that stores like this take advantage of people's kindness. What is even worse is store owners pay less base pay with the promise of tips so its the owners who should be shamed, taking advantage of not only their employees but also the kindness of people who patronage their shop.
