When I…read morearrived, no one noticed me standing in the office for two minutes, even though there was no other vehicles, and everyone was just sitting in the shop on their phones. The employee, Kevin, almost seemed offended that I was there, and then was super quiet, and when he did speak it felt like he had an attitude, very uninformative about what was going on or what steps he's taking next, even thought I was standing right there by the counter.
