Work was completed on 07/19/2021 Tie Rod Ends plus Ball Joints parts & Labor $750.00. Told me a complete alignment was included in price. Only did a toe in not a complete alignment. Ruined both of my front tires which were practically new and cost over $400.00. Said I can bring in my truck for another free alignment and sell me 2 new tires! I wouldn't take my bicycle to these crooks! Do NOT trust them... shop around for a more trustworthy mechanic. read more

This is not your regular repair shop by any means. Jay and Andrea run a tight ship, and it shows. Both of our cars had tires in need of fixing slow leaks. So in the morning I took my car to them and they got me right in, only cost $10 to fix the leak. Later in the afternoon after my bride returned from work, I took her car down hoping for the same results. Not so lucky the second time they showed me that there was a screw in the sidewall and that I would need a new tire. Andrea had already called their distributor and had the price ready for when she gave me the bad news. I gave the go-ahead for the new tire, then like a bolt of lightning, off she goes into her vehicle 15 minutes later she comes back with the tire. One of the mechanics put it on the car. This whole process took about 40 minutes. I have never been so impressed to watch how fast Andrea and Jay get things done. They are constantly in motion, getting quotes, talking to customers on the phone, overseeing the mechanics to make sure the job is done right, just really totally in charge of that operation. As I said to Andrea on my way out, this repair shop is run like a fine oiled machine. No waste of time, and no BS. read more

I took my car to All Pro Auto to have brake work done, in the Fall of 2017. Angela said they could take care of it. After diagnosing the problem, I was told I needed new brake lines and fuel lines. I was told they would have to drop the gas tank, as the brake line was leaking over the tank. I said O.K. I ran the car a few times, in the neighborhood, only to keep the battery charged, since then, and never went far. On October 22, 2018, I used the car to go to the beach. The brake pedal went to the floor! I called Jay, and he said bring it in and he would take care of it. I went to where the shop used to be, and it wasn't there. I used GPS, and it said it was on Ulmerton Rd. I looked for an hour and a half, and I couldn't find it. Turns out, he moved from a large shop, to a 1000 sq. ft. shop on the back side of a building 9310 Ulmerton, with no name on it, or identifying signs. A far cry from what I saw a year ago. Now I'm very suspicious, as to why? Well, I found out! So, I took my car to another shop the next morning, and found out he only replaced a small section of brake line, between the front and back left-side tires, and 12'' of fuel line in front of the the left rear wheel, with rubber hose and clamps! He NEVER DROPPED THE TANK AND REPAIRED THE BRAKE LINE OVER THE TANK, WHERE IT WAS LEAKING! He did not replace the entire brake line, as I was led to believe. He did NOT replace the entire fuel line, as I was led to believe. He did NOT drop the tank, and repair the line, where it was leaking! He charged me almost $723.00 for an 8 ft. section of brake line, between the front and rear tires, and a 12'' rubber hose!! I was clearly ripped off! I showed him pictures of my corroded lines, but he refused to refund my money. Instead, he threw me out! I told him I would be contacting the Attorney General's Office, and the City prosecutor, as to what charges could be brought. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Be aware too, the photos on Facebook are of his old facility...the one I went to a year ago, not the one he's operating out of, today. The name of the business is nowhere to be found. Another fraudulent representation of this business! My recommendation is to STAY AS FAR AWAY, AS YOU CAN! read more

As a single female, I need a reliable and honest mechanic shop, and that is exactly what All Pro is. The owner, Jay, is as honest as they come. I've stopped by and they will put air in my tires, check lights, and simple things without a charge. Oil changes are cheap and a breeze. Jay and Andrea will pretend to be concerned, but in truth the jobs done are substandard. We spent a fortune to do 4 tires, struts, and brakes with rotors. All of these jobs were WRONG. The struts were wrong for the car, and the originals were tossed out, after several attempts to get it right the car was un drivable as the struts slamming and banging. Jay seemed concerned and was unable to sort it out. Took the car back to the Honda dealer, and he asked why the struts were tossed as all they needed was a $65 cartridge, and why did they use two different types of struts? and why did Jay drill out the strut tower to force the wrong strut?? Well $1500 later, we have new OEM strut assemblies. The oil change simple task right? The filter was so tight that it had to be cut off by the dealer. Instead of the 4 brakes we paid for only the front two were done. Paid for 4 rotors, and brakes, got two. The tires brand new Michelins had 5 weights on them several were thrown while driving. The guy broke the glove box and closed it hoping no one would notice, lied. My daughter had her car done before going back up North, flushed radiator, trans fluid, new tires, oil change...Tires threw weights, there were still five when she got home. When she used the heater the car went into a limp home mode because there was not enough antifreeze, she had to find an auto parts store en-route on the highway, 2 gallons of 50-50 mixture later the limp home mode cleared, now she noticed that the transmission was leaking badly from a high pressure hose that was cut to change the fluid and clamped half heartedly back together. All of these jobs had to be redone, costing a small fortune, and putting my girls at risk. Jay you know who I am. read more

I went here to have an older vehicle serviced to operating condition. They were supposed to replace the passenger mirror, replace 2 tires, look at the wiper motor, change the oil, and look at a noise from the engine. When I picked it up they said the wiper motor needed replaced, it had an oil leak that needed fixed, and they would need money to troubleshoot the noise (they called it an engine noise). That was about a month ago. Since then I have fixed it myself and found out the wiper motor works perfectly, but they left it unplugged. They routed the power mirror wire under the power window causing the window to jam (they REFUSED to fix the window saying it was a regulator, even though the window worked when I dropped it off). The power mirror did not work because of how they routed the wire. The engine is a new replacement and does not leak a drop of oil. The engine noise is a bad bearing in a pulley that any mechanic can see without removing a screw. And one of the two tires they replaced was mounted incorrectly and had to be remounted to stop it from leaking. I know...hard to believe anyone can be this bad!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! read more
