They began to charge me for the wrong car washes and it took sometime, to get that fixed. So, I started to search other local car washes. I found Blue Lagoon in Palm Harbor. The car wash was spectacular. I got the one with the "hot wax". There was a guy named Jamie who was very helpful, mannerly and even helped me dry my car. I was definitely impressed. Great customer service!!! A+++ for Jamie!! I definitely will come back to Blue Lagoon!!

They stand by their work, reasonable prices and timely. We recently replaced a tire and a day or so later there was an issue with the stem and I ended up with a flat. They were able to look up my information, confirm that I still had my warranty, and confirm that they had the correct kind of battery in stock. Tony was great on the phone and with helping me get my situation figured out, and Kelly replaced my battery fairly quickly! Since it was under warranty I got the battery for free and just had to pay the cost of labor and removal, which was about $90. It's a little pricey but much cheaper than taking it to a dealership, so I'll take it! The service was great, employees were friendly, and the inside waiting area is clean & stocked with snacks/coffee/water.

I didn't know that until recently when I had Tires Plus change my last flat tire but I had my alignment done at Firestone. Firestone talked me into getting the lifetime alignment deal because I'll be honest, I seem to have curbs jump out at me often, but anyway I was having a little trouble getting an appointment for the day I needed so they suggested that I try a Tires Plus. Awesome, I have one about 5 blocks from my place. Appointment was made for the day and time I needed and I opted in to stay and wait for them to do the alignment. Much to my surprise and delight, this curb instance didn't really do too much so they had me out of there in 30 minutes. Perfect. Great and friendly service, zero issues and my car again drives straight. LOL

The employee, Kevin, almost seemed offended that I was there, and then was super quiet, and when he did speak it felt like he had an attitude, very uninformative about what was going on or what steps he's taking next, even thought I was standing right there by the counter. Highly recommend some retraining on the customer service aspect of the job. I would NOT take my personal vehicle here for work, I feel like I'd end up frustrated with the lack of communication

At NO point did he try to steer me into what I didn't want, nor did he try to pressure me to spend more money than I had available for my tires, alignment, and road hazard guarantee.
