I showed him him we had already cleaned the floors, the bedrooms, and the bathroom. We mostly needed the windows clean, the oven clean, and some small details here and there, but otherwise everything was already looking pristine. They did what they said they were going to do and give them credit for that. They also finished the job in less than 2 hours and said they'll send us the bill. I referenced his initial quote and politely asked if there were any discounts available off the price since we had done a lot of the cleaning ourselves and it took them a lot less the the quoted 3-4 hours. I give you a direct response: "I ended up bringing 4 total guys to the job! That's why it finished a little faster as well!! Originally 2" I never asked him to show up with extra people, but kind of implies he would have charged me more if it had taken the full 3-4 hours with this crew. Whatever bro. Like I said, they did what they said they would do so I give them credit for that and I paid them the amount they quoted but simply put I have no intent to use their services again. Moral of the story: If you need a cleaning for move don't waste a second of your time doing any cleaning yourself if you plan on using this service.

I show up at my apartment at 7pm and the Anna, the cleaning lady does not come until 7:45pm. Company was testing my patience but stuff happens so I was trying to be as understanding as possible. Anna finished her cleaning around 11:30pm. I felt bad that she had to work so late, but remembered it was not my fault that she had to reschedule and on top of that come late. She claimed she was finished and I took her word for it, which I horribly regret. I had my move out inspection the next day. Anna did not bother to clean the exterior of the fridge, any of the windows or screens, missed alot of spots inside the oven, missed alot of spots in the cabinets, missed alot of spots on the floor, etc. It was embarrassing doing the move out inspection with my landlord. I paid Anna and her cleaning company $200 for a move out cleaning. I was charged by my landlord $380. I paid $580 total. I expect the $200 full refund from this company.

They also texted "F*** you" when they received their payment after their error was fixed (just a day after service). Had to block their numbers, it was that bad. We documented everything just in case. Their actual cleaning was decent, but I would never hire them again because they blamed and harassed us for their own mistake. I asked them to change the sheets but to keep the same set -- meaning, to wash, dry, and put them back. Since the cleaning lasts three hours and they had just arrived, there was plenty of time. They also asked if I wanted them to organize the walk-in closet. I said yes, and they told me it would be an extra charge. I agreed without hesitation. Before leaving the house, I reminded them about the sheets, and they confirmed it would not be a problem. However, when I came home later that night (they arrived around 6pm and left around 10pm), I was horrified to find the sheets still wet in the washing machine. As for the closet, there was no real organization at all -- they simply gathered the clothes that were out and placed them in a pile. I have booked many cleaning services before and have never experienced such disappointment, let alone felt the need to complain. But what shocked me even more was that when I messaged the owner about it, instead of taking responsibility, she spoke to me rudely and tried to blame me, saying laundry is an additional charge.
