We had renters in one of our units for abt 3 months. It was newly renovated and with new appliances. When they left, the place was in disarray with dirty furniture left behind and dog or possibly human fences caked to the floors in several rooms of the home. Melanie and her team were excellent!!! I have before pictures of what it looked like and how it looked after they did a very thorough cleaning and disinfection of the place. Thank you again Melanie and team for saving our home. We really liked Ingrid and Jesse the most from our in person interview, and hired them despite being close to double the price of the next lower bid because we had hoped to have them as our long term house cleaners. They came and cleaned the house doing a decent clean as if it were a general home clean but they did not do a thorough post-construction clean, which was clearly what they had estimated for. After the clean, there were tape residues left throughout the house on tile floors and counter tops (some shown below are more visible because of subsequent dirt accumulation). There were grout residues on most tile surfaces. And, several other small cleaning details were overlooked that shouldn't have been. As busy as we were during the move, I didn't address this until I received the invoice a month later. I sent an email to Ingrid over 3 weeks ago about our disappointment in their services and followed up with a text, and I still have not received follow-up. I can't recommend their services to anyone.

I needed her services because my Mom had recently passed and my condo needed some serious cleaning TLC! She sent a crew as proposed, however the scope of the cleaning project changed somewhat. Her site manager, Zenon, was wonderful at asking questions and being very thorough as we walked through my home. He offered additional suggestions where appropriate and listened to my needs. He was incredibly polite, kind, and attentive, showing incredible attention to detail with each new room we walked. Zenon reported back to Ingrid the small changes that he recommended based upon now being in the space, and Ingrid communicated back to me that everything was good to go. The team of three men worked hard the entire time. There was no down time - I could hear vacuuming and mopping and activity going on continuously. They were very careful with my personal belongings and respectful of my home at all times. I plan to use them for my regular cleaning needs monthly and for a future additional deep clean in about two or three months from now. Their customer service has earned my ultimate trust 100%. The total final cost came in at the lower end of Ingrid's estimated quote, and although I did not necessarily expect that, it was a pleasant surprise. Zenon also shared that they can move/haul away unwanted items. I know I will need their services in this area too at some point in the next year. One last thing: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Read that again. There is no discount when it comes to certain things, and I believe housekeeping is one of those things! If you are trusting professionals to do a good job, not break or damage your things, and wanting them to not use cheap chemicals on your personal belongings and in your home, you need to pay for it. The price I paid was the amount of my budget I had hoped to spend. Don't cut corners when it comes to this! I cannot stress this enough.

I requested a quote from many companies prior to going with Scrub Squad. They were reasonably priced since what I was look for was more work than usual. I like to get my house professionally cleaned once a year and I am aware it is much more difficult to do a cleaning with stuff in it vs a move out. There were three people - 2 girls and 1 man who came to clean. They got more done in a four hour window than expected. Upon arrival, it was close to the beginning of the pandemic and they showed up in masks and kept them on the entire time, which was greatly appreciated. The gentleman went through the house asking for what I wanted done exactly and he told me it was a lot of work but that he'd do his best. I wasn't expecting EVERYTHING in four hours because what I wanted was A LOT! But, to my surprise when I arrived back home - I left with my two young kids to stay out of their way - they still had their masks on and the house was completely spotless. Maybe everyone's best-kept-secret?? One of my friends is a monthly customer (carried over from the original owners) & said they were really good, so I actually bought one-time cleaning service for a few close friends that year, as extra special Christmas presents. Since then, everyone has had only good things to say...they're very easy to work with; hardworking, efficient & detail-oriented; overall great cleaning service. One friend even marveled that, not only did SNJ clean all around and under her husband's shoe rack, but they also arranged his shoes nicely on the rack (bc they were mostly scattered around the floor before that), lol! So when I needed to clean out a large room in our house on short notice--for my uncle to move in--we called SNJ for a "deep cleaning" service. When compared to about 4 other companies, their price was very reasonable ($350 for deep cleaning everything floor to ceiling, including the attached full-bath & kitchenette, plus $50 for carpet shampooing), and most importantly, Davlynn was able to schedule me for that very same weekend! (Really impressed that they work weekends too!) I'm not sure how they're doing estimates now--with COVID restrictions--but when I worked with them in early March 2020, Davlynn & Eddie also did on-site visits to provide free price quotes. On the day of service, Davlynn & her friend/assistant arrived about 15 minutes late, but they texted me ahead of time, to let me know they were running late. Davlynn did a quick walk around the room with me, as I pointed out some areas of concern, and noted that the carpet had some deeply stained areas that might need heavy duty cleaning. From start to finish, they spent about 4 hours cleaning everything in great detail, and Eddie also joined them to do the carpet cleaning. Everything was spic and span by the time they left, and we were very happy with the result. The only concern was that the carpet was still damp--because Eddie had gone over it a couple extra times, to try to get out those horrible stains--but they advised us to leave the windows open overnight to help everything dry out. Unfortunately, I think we should've used mor than just a ceiling fan to air out the place, because the carpet developed a really bad smell over the next few days. Didn't help that it rained that entire weekend too!! Eddie & Davlynn offered to come back the following weekend, to re-do the carpet, but ultimately we just decided to replace the carpet entirely. While it's unfortunate that the carpet ended up being a problem, they did offer to rectify it, and I don't really hold it against them. For regular cleaning needs, I would definitely call SNJ again.
