3 bedroom, 2 bathroom move out cleaning. $600 (plus tip). One cleaner, really nice, but brought a vacuum with dirt already in it. Spent 3 hours and left. I asked for them to come back and finish the job (she spent 35 min addressing only what could be pointed out, kept saying she had to leave). The pictures are from after the second round. When I first called with concerns, I was gaslit about the clean. They did send me a list of what all they don't do (I had booked on the phone). I'm too exhausted to list what all wasn't addressed so I'm uploading some photos. I'll also share what I've had to do after 2 visits so you can make your own decisions. - Re-vacuum my main floor (after the second clean) - Wipe down my fridge and freezer drawers - Wipe down my kitchen counters - Scrub my kitchen sink (she said she didn't have the cleaning stuff to do so) - Address cobwebs from where furniture was - Address cobwebs from upper corners - Wipe down window ledges - Clean my own shower (after saying this wasn't originally addressed) - My kids shower floor was visibly untouched - Cleaned the inside of my microwave - Cleaned the grease filter above my stovetop - Magic erasered my walls where furniture and items were on shelves - Erasered my light switches and outlets - Scrubbed my own closet tracks (this is something I knew they wouldn't do) - Wiped down my blinds (we have two sets that are plastic - just two - untouched) Moving out with all your stuff is gone is already stressful. Cleaning up after a $600+ cleaner doesn't help. I had to borrow a vacuum cleaner, buy a hand broom and dust pan, buy extra swiffer dusters (she took the box she asked me to buy since she didn't bring any), buy a hand scrub for the showers. I don't have to heart or energy to call them again. I'm just exhausted and sad about the whole thing. It does align with why we're not mad to leave Hawaii. I scheduled a $420 deep clean with an added oven cleaning. One cleaner arrived. The oven was cleaned well; however, the rest of the service did not meet the description of a deep clean. Trash bins were not changed, shutters were not dusted, baseboards, cabinets, and walls were not wiped, and both the ground-floor landing by the garage door and the main split-entry landing were left dusty and dirty. Bathroom glass was streaked, items on counters were not moved to clean underneath, and even the sink was not wiped down. Overall, this felt more like a light cleaning than a deep clean. I shared this feedback with the person I booked the appointment with, who said it would be addressed with the cleaner to improve future services. While I appreciated the response, no discount or adjustment was offered, and I was charged the full amount automatically. For the price, the service did not meet expectations. read more

*DO NOT HIRE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A MOVE OUT CLEAN!* The cleaner (Wally) was nice and friendly, came an hour early which was a bit too early, but whatever. He did clean the oven, fridge, and microwave well...however they only vacuumed my carpets. And anyone who has had to move knows that landlords want the carpets shampooed. They also don't clean windows or its tracks. After having them add an additional $100 to my already $630 bill, I still had to stay back after Wally left to wipe down spots on the windows and clean the blinds. (And the toilet rings, you know there are products that can take out those rings right, which Wally did not tell me anything about the rings just said there was a lot of dog hair vacuumed from the catpet, which is why they charged me an additional $100.) So if youre looking for a move out clean, hire another company cause its gonna be just as much as what this company charged me. Now my former landlord needs to hire someone else to do what they couldnt do and STILL deduct from my security deposit. I was quoted $850 from someone else who actually does the shampoo carpet service and cleans windows/tracks, should've just gone with them since now im sure my total will be surpassing $850! Zero Stars! This company just ripped off our kind tenants of $500.! Our tenants said it looked the same as before they left! We came in to see how the cleaning job looked after being away on a trip... Horrific! There is no way they even cleaned‍ Hair in her floor everywhere... Glass shower doors spotted Not even touched! Very stressful experience with this company. Total waste of time and money. NOT RECOMMENDED. I scheduled a moving out cleaning three weeks before my preferred date (8/29 @ 10AM) and confirmed it 3 days begore. Hannah (POC) said all good. On the day of service, when cleaners haven't arrived yet at 10:25, I called/sent a text message and got a reply at 10:45am saying Hannah couldn't locate Arthur, the assigned cleaner. At 11AM, she finally located the cleaner and rescheduled cleaning at 1:30PM. my concern was: can a one- person cleaner finish a 3 bedroom, 2 level house?! I only asked you clean the INSIDE of the house given the time constraints (exclude lanai and outside main door. I asked Hannah pointly - can Arthur do the job alone? She said he's their best. I persisted with this issue, Hannah sent 2 more cleaners around 3:30pm but when I checked the house at 4:30, only 1 cleaner was helping Arthur (the other person was just waiting and sitting on the car - I talked to her to verify her role). Overall, the end result was VERY POOR (didn't clean cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms; ceiling fans still dusty (they only brought 2-3-step stool ladder that will not reach far/high areas); missed window screens; and sliding doors were untouched)!!! My property manager was deducting money from my deposit for cleaning. Such a waste of money and time! Moving (eso out of HI) is already stressful but dealing with unprofessional cleaning service like this added more stress and costs more money. Hannah was apologetic but never do anything more than that to rectify the issue and wrongfully gave me information that 2 additional cleaners were sent to help. She offered discount but when I asked about it - I never got a response!!! Arthur was picked up by his dad with a car showing "Art's Cleaning" - so Host and Home is sub-contracting and will never be accountable to its VERY POOR service. They did an apartment clean out (1 bed 1 bath) and cleaned two more bathrooms in our main living space. Did a great job - I was especially impressed that they scrubbed a glass shower stall to remove all the hard water stains, cleaned out the fridge, and cleaned the windows.
