I'm not happy to leave a poor review because this company started out on a positive note w/ great communication. We requested that the bathroom, kitchen, (including the oven) be cleaned and the baseboards in our apartment be wiped down because our apartment had been flooded. The positives: Communication was great and they were very responsive. On the day of the job, they were punctual and confirmed the job details before starting. The baseboards and the bathroom were cleaned well. Negative: The kitchen however, was a half-assed job. The white chemical residue from the cleaning product was left behind inside the oven and I had to clean the rest of the oven myself as you can see by the black stained rag and black water in the photos. The outside of the microwave was wiped down but the inside was completely overlooked. There were crumbs and food stains as shown in the photo. I would be embarrassed to recommend this company to friends and family and in the future I will do better research. read more

Wouldn't recommend, if I could give zero star I would. Hired this company for a move out cleaning. Guy arrived 30 minutes late and said he'd be finished in 5 hours. I left him a key so if he needed to grab anything from his truck he wouldn't be locked out. Received no updates so when I asked after 5 hours how it was going I was sent a message that said he was taking a break for a few hours and would return later to finish cleaning. When we finally went back, it looked like he had never came back as some cleaning wasn't done (ie floors, cabinets, mirrors, windows) and my key was never returned after I reminded him to leave it on the counter multiple times. read more

I booked this company to clean my outdoor teak furniture. I should've known something was up when they called me to confirm my "couch cleaning". I filled out the online form and specifically said teak wood outdoor furniture. I corrected them on the phone as well. They arrived 2 hours and 5 minutes late to the appointment. I catch them using BLEACH spray on my teak, and then using Murphy's wood oil on top. The wood oil they used is meant for indoor wood furniture or wood flooring, and is very much not meant for outdoor teak furniture. Their website said they do teak cleaning/restoration and yacht cleaning, so it's not like I had a crazy weird request. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing and likely damaged my expensive furniture. I've really never had something like this happen before. read more

I am writing this review for handyman services, NOT cleaning. I must say, Top Level Cleaners firstly came to my home on time, sent multiple text reminders, and even called right before the handyman's arrival. The serviceman (sorry his name escapes me) was very polite, kind, clean (as in he did not make a mess in our home, and cleaned all little particles etc) and was very efficient. The fix needed was to remove old over-the-stove- microwave, and replace with a new one. The whole job was completed in just under an hour, and I appreciate the forthright pricing and invoicing (no "oh I only take cash" sorta stuff). In addition, their pricing was very fair. Other quotes I received for this simple job was more than double with other handymen! I recently asked Top Level Cleaners to come and wash my carpet as well as clean upholstery on a large leather living room couch. They came on time, were so nice and friendly, and they did an amazing job. Carpet is not new, but it came out sparkling. And the decades old couch and leather chair with ottoman looks great, even though my bird has been abusing it with pasta and thrown food.
