They were so courteous, respectful, hardworking and efficient! I regretfully did not take before and after photos... Those window tracks were embarrassingly dirty with caked on mold and dirt. My husband found Blue Pacific Window Cleaning via yelp and we hesitantly called because the last two companies we selected based on high star reviews on yelp were such HUGE disappointments. We REALLY can't say enough on how impressed we were with their professionalism throughout the entire process. So in February, I started my search for a window / screen cleaner.... Truthfully, I didn't know where to begin so I turned to Yelp. AND am I glad that I did. In case you didn't know the Yelp site will send your request to all listed in whatever you are looking for. But Terran stood out; far from the madding crowd....(and no, I'm not a lemming). Why did he stand out? Because 1. While I live in town, it's an arduous task driving to my home 2. My home is 65 years old; upkept but old none the less 3. My home sits on a slop so to ladder my windows you'd better be darn skiiled. 4. My windows and screens were not cleaned for a LONG time.... I'm embarresed to say. 5. Terran drove to my home to give me the estimate (he did this in February of this year) He gave me the estimate and that was that. and now seven months later, I call him and politely explain that its been at least seven months and I wanted him to check his estimate. Well, the answer I got was "same price" and the rest is history. The job was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I know he took a long time and I'm not certain if that was what he expected. I won't be offended with an upcharge but guess what? No upcharge. Sparkling clean. The blinds were left raised so I got home to SPARKLING BRIGHT HOUSE!!!!! Thank you Terran! It was that simple and quick. His wife and his niece was there as well. His wife got a quote on multiple stores for parts within minutes, his niece was there to assist Wes. Then we got to a dead end...called other people and they said, should not have used a hose to siphon... especially for newer cars they all have flaps. Anyways, long story short. Finally, Wes calls and asked if I got the hose out. Told him my other friend is coming out over the weekend. Wes told me no problem! Half an hour later I call him back. Bam! Their pricing was fair, and they offered many appealing options for what I wanted to do. Despite how backed up with work they had due to island wide damage from this last storm, they were also very accommodating with scheduling given my concerns about the needs to have the fence replaced before the remains of my old fence caused damage if another storm hits. From beginning to end, my experience with Supreme Fencing has been exemplary. Erika kept me up to date and answered every question I had immediately, with cheer and enthusiasm. She's a great asset to Supreme Fencing and contributed greatly to my fantastic experience hiring them. The work crew arrived on schedule and worked HARD through a very hot and humid two days to demolish my old fence and put up a new vinyl fence and gate. Their foreman and crew were very friendly and despite the conditions worked nonstop and sounded like they had fun doing it. They were perfectionists in how they tackled the project, filling me in each step on what they had planned to do and how they planned to do it, and made sure everything was done with my needs in mind, and a flawless end result as the goal.
