The staff is friendly and courteous. In fact they make it a point to remember their customer's name. The second time I went in there, they all greeted me by name. I was thrilled!! * It is CLEAN. All of their instruments are sanitized, the staff washes their hands between customers, and the salon itself is kept clean and tidy. * No appointments are necessary. You can walk in anytime and they will accommodate you quickly, and if they are busy they will let you know it might be as long as an hour. I have been to salons as a walk in where they tell you 15 minutes, and you are still sitting there an hour later. I appreciate the honesty. * They take their time with you. They do not rush the service in the interest of getting you out and another customer in to make more money. * Their hours are very good. They are open 7 days a week including Sundays and have evening hours during the week. read more

Have visited them several times!!!! Most recent experience awesome!!! They are friendly speak English and do a great job ! My daughter loves them they can do any design and she is a country girl at heart... John did horseshoes for her design. Highly recommend! First impression of the place when I walked in: modern, clean-looking area with plenty of massage chairs and nail care stations. I told her "short" nails and she ignored me. I told her I wanted dipping powder but she wanted to do gel. No point in complaining because she was not going to listen. She did gel nails even though I wanted dipping powder. She kept messing up the gel polish so my nails had about 5 coats of red polish on them. I told her I wanted a square/round shape and she made them oval. My nails were so bad I went home and ripped them off. They easily came off so that should give you an idea of how terrible they were and how inadequate the service was. My pedicure lasted about 10 minutes. She did not trim my cuticles or scrub my heels. The polish job is horrible and full of streaks. I'm glad it's not flip flop season. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
