There are quite a few places around to get your nails and what not done, but this is my preferred place when taking my daughters. The staff is always friendly and the place seems clean. I also have my eyebrows waxed here and am always pleased with the results! read more

I made a 4:00 appointment for my sister and I. At 4:45, no one had even started on us! I travel all the way from Dallas to spend a weekend with my sister and family in Texarkana. I don't like having my time taken advantage of, that's why I make appointments and expect professionalism. This business clearly did not meet either expectations. read more

Worst gel nail I have ever had. I had to keep telling the nail tech to re-file my nails because she was filing them crooked. Then, she put my polish on so thick that it's all clumpy and looks like the polish is 3D. How can she not even see how terrible this is? read more

Went here to get a mani & pedi. Came on a weekday, in the morning so they were not too busy! I was welcomed by a friendly staff, and facility was clean! They also have a plethora of colors to choose from! The only reason why the fell short of 4 stars is how they clean your nails, poor trimming and shaping of the cuticles. read more

They now have the dipping gel nails here in Texarkana! I have been going to Dallas for the last year to get these nail, and they are so much better than the regular gel nails! These gel nails last 3 weeks without peeling and lifting. read more

Came in and was seated immediately in a pedicure chair. I soaked there for about an hour. I started counting the women they were getting to before me that were seated AFTER me. I got to 5 before I finally got up with soaking feet and walked out. I don't understand how they number their customers in order. Also, Regarding the comment from the worker, I was not told at all about a wait before I was seated. I truly believe she is saying I was told a wait time of 1 hour simply because that's exactly how long I had to wait in my review. Lol. I would definitely be understanding if I had been told beforehand. In fact, I actually would have gone somewhere else immediately. The only words spoken to me were what can we do for you, ok you can come on back to #4 chair, and is the water too hot. read more

Came in today was able to walk in and got seated immediately. Showed the nail technician a photo and they did EXACTLY what I was asking for. So impressed!! Everyone in the salon was nice, helpful, and patient. I also love that they are using Nexgen (dipping powder)!! Will defiantly be going back! read more

Came into town on business and broke a nail that needed to be fixed. Looked on Yelp and saw that this location had good reviews. I was staying at a hotel nearby so I decided to stop. I get NextGen nail and was informed it would be $40 for a color change. It is normally $35 where I live so I wasn't upset with the price. The female who did my nails (was sitting at the second station on the left side) did a horrible job on my nails. My nails are extremely lumpy. I had to have her file down one of my nails multiple times because it was slanted and it is still slightly slanted. While buffing my nails she appeared to be in a rush and the bigger fell out of her hand multiple times. My nails are uneven, extra thick and unprofessionally done. One another note, the female getting her nails done beside me appeared to have done a good job on the lady's nails that she was doing. However, due to my experience I will not be returning. read more

My experience with this place started out good but quickly deteriorated. They try everything to up sell including making you feel like you need some service when you don't. This final time, I paid $15 for a polish change that was a joke. I asked about the price and they didn't a that a repeat customer was unhappy. My last time thee for sure. read more
