He tried to charge me for 3 documents, saying that the document included 3 forms. The court and lawyer confirmed he was overcharging; it is one document to sign. He finally agreed to charge for 2 documents and to refund me in case the respondent wasn't found. I hired him because I was in a rush and wasn't sure the respondent was still in Oahu. He attempted to serve the document once, didn't find the respondent. I find out the respondent was in another state so I asked to get my money back. Now he states there is no refund! 117$ for one failed attempt! I communicated very clearly with Charlie. He was aware of my financial hardship. How can you take advantage of situation like this?!
