So he cut into the ceiling, diagnosed the problem, then we had to call a plumber to fix the problem. Plumber came , fixed the problem and Jarvis came back to patch up the ceiling. Said he has to wait for the plaster to dry and will come back to sand it down. Never came back ti finish the job.
