She has been trying to get them to respond and take it to mediation, him and his wife and office will not reply to over 10 polite emails nor phone calls nor even text messages really no aloha, no integrity and apparently even the guy who was working with him on the job at our aunties place quit he stated that Zac, the owner who burned our Disabled elder Aunty, was having him do things that were not do code. That this guy is a claims to be a Christian but has no sense of God's loving kindness and or even doing the right thing! He told my aunty he is a Christian and promised to take really good care of her, and did just the opposite. In order for me to install a smaller 36" wide equipment, I had to repair the 45" wide hole to be 36" wide on the countertop. Brandon built a very strong structure with 2 x 3 lumber and plywood to support the weight of 81 lb. equipment with black granite tile which matches the cooktop surface. Upon the completion, I had another contractor to install new equipment. I uploaded the photos for before repair, after repair and final installation.

Burt had his subcontractor reach out to us to ask that we remove our negative review-- rather than addressing our concerns directly. That was disappointing. To be clear, the electric gate was not installed "for free". The subcontractor offered to handle the labor only if we purchased all equipment and materials ourselves. This was done because it was evident that Kihei Fencing had not fulfilled the basic expectations that were originally promised.
