They are very knowledgeable about the beds and make sure I know when the bulbs have been changed and replace. Also, they have made great suggestions in how I can get a great, long lasting tan. This past October I won a national pageant title and I looked amazing in all my gowns and outfits thanks to a great summer glow from the tanning beds. They were able to recommend some great, non-animal testing lotions for me to use and they worked incredibly well. They have many different types of beds and packages for you to choose from so there really is something for everyone. I also love their operating hours. I'm a teacher so this works out great for me!

After just working at this business for only 13 hours I had the manager show explicitly sexual pictures to me. After completing the first week, they then proceed to not call me back eith the schedule and couldn't even call me to let me know I was not coming back. I go to get my paycheck for the days I worked and they constantly give me the run around and refused to even call the owner about my pay. After a month of trying over and over to get my pay I finally get a chance to speak with the owner and she tells me that I will not be getting paid for days that I worked, essentially telling me I worked for free. Only when I threatened to tell media and legal places about this, she tells me to come back in an hour to get my pay. When I come back I realized that she had taken out taxes that were not suposed to be taken out, and I ask her about them, and she says that I will not be getting my pay and I should thank her for even getting that amount. My pay was 93 dollars and sge was going to take out 30 dollars in taxes which is ridiculous. Only after speaking with the department of labor was I able to get my pay from them. On top of this, the beds are not cleaned well, they only use paper towels to clean them instead of actual towels, the acrylics on the beds are cracked and show their age, the management does not seem to be interested in having good customer service and other employees also do not greet customers in a friendly manner. If you are looking for a good tanning salon to go to or work at I would stay clear of Sun City Tanning. There are much better places to go to where you will actually be treated eith respect and know that the place is properly cleaned.

I only got color from the stand up. I bought a package of visits and the next week they changed their hours significantly. Closing earlier at night and closed completely on Sunday's. Because I had every Sunday off that was one day I always had an opportunity to go but could not. I'm used to tanning salons shortening their hours in the summer but this was in the fall. They play a lot of Christian music and spam you with Christian messages. I thought I was tanning not going to church. Will attach a photo of their email. On my last visit they did not ask me if I wanted another package which I found surprising as someone who works in sales. That's the best time to ask someone to renew! I obviously wasn't interested in renewing but they didn't know. I would have politely explained why I did not want to renew.

I am new to the area and was actively looking for a local gym to join. My father mentioned he had a…read morefamily pass at this location, so my younger brother and I went to try it out. We scanned his keycard at the front, genuinely believing it was valid. Almost immediately, an older, tall Caucasian gentleman (who appeared to be staff/management) approached us with hostility in front of the everyone in the gym. Instead of simply informing us that the pass was expired and explaining the gym's guest policy, he immediately escalated the situation by accusing us of theft and threatened us with trespassing and felony charges just for stepping inside and touching the equipment. I apologized profusely and tried to explain that it was a simple misunderstanding, but his aggression continued & was only able to de-escalate his belligerence by offering to purchase a membership right there on the spot, and I ultimately payed for 2 day passes. I completely understand that gyms need to enforce their membership policies, but treating future members like criminals over an honest mistake is entirely unacceptable. The lack of BASIC professionalism and customer service was BY FAR the most disrespectful & belittling way someone has treated me & my little brother. I will ABSOLUTELY contact higher ups to resolve this & will definitely be looking elsewhere for a gym
