They are very knowledgeable about the beds and make sure I know when the bulbs have been changed and replace. Also, they have made great suggestions in how I can get a great, long lasting tan. This past October I won a national pageant title and I looked amazing in all my gowns and outfits thanks to a great summer glow from the tanning beds. They were able to recommend some great, non-animal testing lotions for me to use and they worked incredibly well. They have many different types of beds and packages for you to choose from so there really is something for everyone. I also love their operating hours. I'm a teacher so this works out great for me!

After just working at this business for only 13 hours I had the manager show explicitly sexual pictures to me. After completing the first week, they then proceed to not call me back eith the schedule and couldn't even call me to let me know I was not coming back. I go to get my paycheck for the days I worked and they constantly give me the run around and refused to even call the owner about my pay. After a month of trying over and over to get my pay I finally get a chance to speak with the owner and she tells me that I will not be getting paid for days that I worked, essentially telling me I worked for free. Only when I threatened to tell media and legal places about this, she tells me to come back in an hour to get my pay. When I come back I realized that she had taken out taxes that were not suposed to be taken out, and I ask her about them, and she says that I will not be getting my pay and I should thank her for even getting that amount. My pay was 93 dollars and sge was going to take out 30 dollars in taxes which is ridiculous. Only after speaking with the department of labor was I able to get my pay from them. On top of this, the beds are not cleaned well, they only use paper towels to clean them instead of actual towels, the acrylics on the beds are cracked and show their age, the management does not seem to be interested in having good customer service and other employees also do not greet customers in a friendly manner. If you are looking for a good tanning salon to go to or work at I would stay clear of Sun City Tanning. There are much better places to go to where you will actually be treated eith respect and know that the place is properly cleaned.

Last year, I bought a package of gold visits, as well as platinum because I like to alternate beds during times when I'm tanning more often. Upon purchase of these visits, I was never told there was an expiration date, nor is there anything about an expiration date mentioned on their website where packages are listed. I end up using more gold visits than platinum and end up buying another block of visits for the gold bed. Again at this point, the employee that helped me didn't mention anything about visits on my account that would be expiring. So imagine my surprise when I receive an email stating all my visits had expired. Uhhh what? I called the location I'm used to visiting (Kennesaw), and they don't staff managers at this location, so nobody was able to help me. I submitted an inquiry on their website well over 6 months ago that I still haven't received a response from. I called the other location where I spoke with an employee named Kayla that told me the only way I could get those lost tabs back is if I purchased an new package (she would be able to add them back then). The last thing I felt was fair was to give more money to the people I feel stole from me. I brought it to her attention that the website doesn't mention any expiration date, and I guess they don't care because the website still doesn't inform people about this. When I told her I was never informed there was an expiration on packages when I purchased it, she told me that the two times I tanned at the salon during unstaffed hours, the computer I logged into would have that information available somewhere. So wait, it's the clients responsibility to find out there's an expiration date, but not an employees responsibility to communicate that to a client? Very frustrating. So fast forward to last week, I decided to go back, now knowing those tans would expire in 6 months. Upon arrival, my husband and I both wanted to purchase packs of 12, and the girl working this day said I would also have to pay $15 to have my fob reactivated. Sorry, this feels a little like stealing again, so we left without purchasing tans, and I retuned my fob, as I won't be giving them another chance. And as of today, the website hasn't been updated to reflect the expiration period on packages purchased.

The bulbs in the beds never gave me color despite going full time. In previous salons if I had gone…read morefull time in a bed with no build up I would have fried. I only got color from the stand up. I bought a package of visits and the next week they changed their hours significantly. Closing earlier at night and closed completely on Sunday's. Because I had every Sunday off that was one day I always had an opportunity to go but could not. I'm used to tanning salons shortening their hours in the summer but this was in the fall. They play a lot of Christian music and spam you with Christian messages. I thought I was tanning not going to church. Will attach a photo of their email. On my last visit they did not ask me if I wanted another package which I found surprising as someone who works in sales. That's the best time to ask someone to renew! I obviously wasn't interested in renewing but they didn't know. I would have politely explained why I did not want to renew.

She talked a few of the girls who had never sprayed before though the entire process and cleared any concerns they had. Her product is great and so is her personal touch.
