I made a last minute appointment here while visiting Georgia and appreciated how prompt they were with check in. I was seated quickly in a clean station, though the layout is a bit tight with chairs placed next to one another with little privacy. The service itself was decent. My nail tech was able to repair one of my broken nails, which I appreciated. However, another nail broke just two days later and I had to come back to have it fixed. There were also some inconsistencies with the final total that caught me off guard. Overall, it was an okay experience and they got the job done, but there are a few areas that could be improved. read more

Jennifer can't do nails at all! They were crooked, thick(fat like the nails she put on were too wide for my fingers) however the acrylic was very thinly applied. She also tried the old scammer trick of charging for length. Of course, what's really medium length will be considered long to them do they can charge you more. This place is a scam and their prices are absolutely ridiculous. David acts like he cares but he's the ring leader of the scammers. I'm visiting from California and have been to other salons in Atlanta before that were "okay." I read the reviews for this location and wanted to give it a try. I had an acrylic fill with gel polish and a basic pedicure with gel polish. I was charged an additional $15 for the gel on my toes and my nails were also $45. $90 plus $10 tip left. They were fast which I can appreciate. Tara did my nails and she did a great job. I didn't catch the guy name that did my pedicure but he didn't really speak English. My only complaint was he was rushing and was rough when doing my feet. I felt as though he was trying to get a new record for finishing a pedicure within a certain time. If he slowed down a little bit, my experience would have been better. Overall, I'll go back but will make sure I don't get the same man doing my pedicure. read more

So I'm homely a little shocked. We just moved to the area and I have been commuting an hour each way to my old salon in Roswell once a month to get my nails done but I was in a hurry today so I tried out this local option for just SNS removal. I had high hopes because the reviews seem decent. But the service I got was not up to par and goblet incredibly for what it is. Again I was only have if my SNS set removed. Nothing else. Which cost $20 (before tip) that's 4 times more expensive than my salon in Roswell for the same service. On their menus the only mention of a similar serves is listed for $10. Now if they had done an amazing job, then that would be one thing bit there is a ton of residue left over on the corners and under my nails, and still some residual color left over on 2 of my nails from my last manicure. Meaning he didn't fully remove it (see photos) further, there was nothing for the extra price. Not even moisturizers the end after the service which calls for soaking your hands in acetone . I'm used to at least moisturizer massaged in at least a little bit. I can't speak for their other services, This was my first time and it seemed clean, and busy so I guess they might do a good job elsewhere, but for my single experience I'm kind of shocked. read more

First time at this salon. This place is VERY crowded on Saturdays. Not relaxing because of all the chaos. They do have enough technicians so the wait is not long. The massage chairs are comfortable and they are very careful about using disposable supplies. The three of us had basic pedicures which were fine. The man pedicure they should have buffed the nails as there was no polish. My daughter had requested a manicure as well but they never got around to doing that. read more

He took so much time in so much effort to make them look better than the picture I showed him which was a professionally done master nail technician photograph. A+ always. Everyone was nice when I arrived and was immediately sat. I really don't like to have my nails done at the same time as my pedicure as it takes away from me being able to relax. Tony was nice but as a nail tech myself I recommend not pulling on cuticle or dead skin, it hurts the client. Also, check temperature on towels and remove all wax from the client feet. I appreciate being offered a drink and nice conversation. I would suggest apply more acrylic on the and build the apex, nail was too thin. So, I am in the area running a few errands and wanted to get my nails done so my mother and I tried this place. Never again. I usually don't get my fingernails done but I can't go here again. The lady Alana, sweet girl, but she did my nails horribly (in my opinion) she kept suggesting I get a different color and add sparkles when I just wanted a singular color. Then she also took a long time because she kept taking breaks talking to other employees. But still, Nice people. Bad job. I was on hunt to look for a good nail salon in town. I wanted to like this establishment due to their great reviews, but it was a huge disappointment for me. The technicians need more training with the cuticle cutter. The pedicure man was very aggressive with the cuticle cutter and left my toes feeling sore. The manicure girl gave me paronychia infection on my thumb, which leave my finger uncomfortable and painful for weeks. I have never experience anything like this. I won't come back. read more
