Driving through Clewiston I spotted this colorful shack looking building and I had to stop. It is a cute little walk up/ drive through restaurant serving shaved ice in syrup in a variety of flavors, some familiar and some not. On the menu to name just a few of the flavors they listed were apple, bubble gum, coconut, cola, Hawaiian punch, passion fruit, root beer, sour surf, suicide, and tiger's blood. Sizes are small, medium, large, and jumbo. I ordered a medium Mai-Tai which was big enough and inexpensive ($2.80). If you want to save money bring cash because there is a 75 cent surcharge for a card. They served my ice in a styrofoam cup which I am not a fan of for environmental reasons. They also serve hot food which includes frito pie, nachos and cheese, hot dogs, and burgers. They have a couple of tables set up outside for outdoor dining when everything is normal. They had people going through the drive through to comply with the social distancing rules. I took my shaved ice to the Civic Park across the street and enjoyed my birthday treat which was a nice way to end the day before heading home. I would definitely stop in again if I was passing through.

I wish this place was closer to me. I usually get the frito pie or Doritos pie when I come this way. I see they just added fries to the menu so I had to try! This is a good on the road snack when I'm traveling to my cousins house which is on the west coast of FL. The slushes are good as well. They even have pickled sausage!

Lots of flavors here. I got watermelon and she asked me if I wanted cream and I says yes, but it ruined it. I hated the cream taste. The small was more than enough for me. Next time another small but a less sweet flavor and no gross cream!

Delicious icees. I go here after getting delicious Mexican food at the place down the street (Jalapeños). Last time I went they messed up my order. I wanted a 1/2 guava or mamey (I dont remember) 1/2 custard icee with extra condensed milk. The girl who took my order just didn't understand me and then told another girl (taking over shift, I guess) my order then when I told her it was wrong she like put it all in the blender ??? and gave it to me like an icee shake (?)... let me tell you... it was delicious!!! And I didn't have to worry about it all melting on my way home.... I'm gonna order it like this from now on... yummm. Only 4 stars bc I think it's pricey for just water (ice) and syrup. If it was cheaper I'd go way more often and order multiple.

A MUST stop in Clewiston, Florida! Tasty Hawaiian Shaved Ice, Big Train frozen coffee drinks, chili dogs and much more! Walk up windows and picnic tables to enjoy the outdoors. Also has a drive through window for those on the go. A super special small town treat!

    Yummy with condensed milk too!

I'm always suspicious when a server doesn't write down our order, but usually it's unfounded. Unfortunately, this time my concern was justified. Hubs ordered a Chicken Philly sandwich but was served a Steak Philly. The food-runner seemed indifferent when he brought us our food, and it was a solid 10 minutes before our server came by again to check on us. All she offered was an apology. And later, hubs had to wave down our server for to-go boxes because she never came back to ask if we needed anything. And yes, we were charged for the Philly sandwich. Aside from not getting exactly what we ordered, the food was fine. We might even return.

Not vegetarian friendly but the vibe was nice. I wish they had more options because the drinks were good, the view was nice and the place was busy on a Saturday. It's an hour drive from where I live. I could see myself taking a drive on a weekend and renting one of the beautiful places around the restaurant. The food, not the best, even the cheese quesadilla was boring and so was the appetizers. The service was great and so was the ambiance. They have a nice shop you can buy gifts etc

My cousin requested another sandwich so I let my niece order while I ran to the car. The order was a 6 inch sub add teriyaki chicken. THATS IT. The young lady says "your total is $29.19". So I ask, for a 6" sub add a little meat and she says "yea our prices have gone up." She was charging me $20 to add on the teriyaki chicken (look at receipt attached). TWENTY DOLLARS. And instead of looking and saying "hmmm this doesn't look right." She held strong that the prices increased. And I say mam, but you see how this looks right??? Still holding strong to a pricing increase, I paid and left with every intention to contact their corporate office. However, when I left it still wasn't sitting right with me so I called other local subways to get a price quote and a young lady said that for the meal I got, at her restaurant it would've been $9.09 or something -- so I immediately called the location I'd just went to to ask them again. As soon as I started questioning, the young lady said, "oh you're the girl that just left? My manager is on the way up here to make it right". So I got back up there for my receipt adjustment. SO OK // I get there. The manager said everything but "our apologies" -- she tried to OVER explain what she thought the worker MEANT, which I could care less about. She refunded me and then rang it up correctly. I do believe it should've been FREE for the simple fact that I had to CALL and COME BACK. Honestly, no one in the building had customer service skills. Just a reminder to always CHECK YOUR RECEIPT and ask questions. The manager said, she pressed a wrong button and I'm thinking NO BUTTON in subway should be ringing up a thing for $20. If you ask me, they're stealing -- but no one asked me. I can just imagine how many other ppl they got like this. And before you ask why I even paid $30 for a 6" -- I don't even know! My family was hungry so I brought it.
