So I ask, for a 6" sub add a little meat and she says "yea our prices have gone up." She was charging me $20 to add on the teriyaki chicken (look at receipt attached). TWENTY DOLLARS. And instead of looking and saying "hmmm this doesn't look right." She held strong that the prices increased. And I say mam, but you see how this looks right??? Still holding strong to a pricing increase, I paid and left with every intention to contact their corporate office. However, when I left it still wasn't sitting right with me so I called other local subways to get a price quote and a young lady said that for the meal I got, at her restaurant it would've been $9.09 or something -- so I immediately called the location I'd just went to to ask them again. As soon as I started questioning, the young lady said, "oh you're the girl that just left? My manager is on the way up here to make it right". So I got back up there for my receipt adjustment. SO OK // I get there. The manager said everything but "our apologies" -- she tried to OVER explain what she thought the worker MEANT, which I could care less about. She refunded me and then rang it up correctly. I do believe it should've been FREE for the simple fact that I had to CALL and COME BACK. Honestly, no one in the building had customer service skills.
