These people can't even do french tip, i told them just take the paint off completely and the older woman working kept getting noticeably upset because i kept asking her to fix it. i even showed reference photos several times and that changed nothing. literally the worst service experience ever read more

I was really upset because I used to come in with my mom and grandma before the hurricane and before they moved. The old guy was aggravated that we came. He was aggressive and gave me rude looks and attitude the whole entire time. He rushed and laughed in my face when I saw how my nails looked. I just wanted French tips and they looked horrible. Yesterday I walked into this salon for the first time needing to get a full set and pedicure and the male nail technician greeted me with "pick a color" instead of "hello." The least you can do when customers patronage your business is to greet them. When I addressed my concerns (as far as his lack of customer service) he quickly stated that they would be closing and that I should come back tomorrow. There was still two hours left before they were scheduled to close( according to the hours of operation on the door). No worries, I will never pay for services where I am obviously not wanted. read more

The lady that did my nails was agitated and she took it out on my hands. My fill in was thick and uneven and when I asked her to even my nails up, she sawed on them until they were raw. I work with my hands and couldn't even work the next day. Less than a week later one of them started to separate. Came back despite the initial treatment. She said it was my fault for being too hard on my hands. This is the reason I get them done with both acrylic AND gel overlay! The owner apologized but I won't be back. read more

Will never return the only reason they got one star is for the one time the service was actually good. I got my nails done here with gel polish two days later the polish was chipping. I returned they insisted that they just paint over the polish that was already on the finger on all of my nails. Next day after that polish chipping everywhere. That's unprofessional you have to wait forever even though they tell you have a seat it won't be long. Also if you need anything waxed such as your face eyebrows etc jus know that it's completed out in the open of the salon in a pedicure chair in front of everyone. They don't have all the gel colors they advertise and always attempt to persuade you to choose another color. Don't waste your time or hard earned money read more

First the nail tech drew blood while giving me a pedi. That happens I suppose but the first time for me and wow that hurt. Then the massage. She wrapped my legs and feet in towels. Then started massaging my toes very rough. Actually started pulling on my toes so hard they popped. That was not comfortable at all. Then she started scraping my feet and legs any where she saw a scaly patch. I stopped her on that one, I go to the dermatologist for my skin care. Then the sanitation issue. Watched one tech remove the toe seperators from another client and put them back in the drawer. My tech rinsed all her equipment out in the water I was soaking in. So I guess the next person gets my germs. Then took my seperaters and put them in her equipment container. I will not be returning. read more

I got a shellac polish change on my hand and a pedicure. My hand looks awesome, and the woman took her time and fixed any nails she didn't like. Mans the pedicure was great, until it came to my actual nails. The woman didn't buff or file my toe nails before she painted them. They're not terrible but it looks like something I could have done at home. However, my legs and feet feel very soft and the oil they used on my skin smelled really good. I would go back, but not for another pedicure. Total of 43$ after tip. read more

The worst ever. Gel lacquer nails done on April 26th. Yesterday it started peeling back. That's less than 1 week. The last time I had them done was in Nashville. It lasted 3 full weeks except for the growth. Still looked good though. Sue is rude and unprofessional. Never a smile. I believe she understands a lot more English than she wants you to know. I wanted square rounded and she "wanted" oval & that's what I got. She wouldn't listen to me. I'm tempted to go back and have her fix them. I will never go back there though. read more
