ABSOLUTELY the worst nails service o have received do not recommend to anyone. I asked for an basic acrylic set which would cost $70-$75 not concluding tip, and the worker gave me gels nails (without asking and I assumed they were just different acrylics) and then wanted me to pay $100 not including a tip for the basic design I wanted. And he didn't mention that until he already glued the gel x to my nails. Horrible customer service did not speak or ask about any preference. Do not go. I couldn't get the basic design I wanted because I refuse to pay 100 for something that should be 75 like I asked.

This was my first visit for a regular manicure pedicure, which costs $65 and is nicely done as long as it's not rushed. The massage chairs are really awesome as long as you set them before you get going because they have lots of features so make sure your technician helps you as that's worth the extra cost. The salon is clean and nice with a little upscale touch, but is busy so you might wanna make an appointment. My nails turned out nice and so did my toes with the silver polish which is regular polish yet there are more selections for but obviously it cost more. All in all I was very satisfied with the polish and mani/pedi although I felt a little rushed with my pedicure and did not get as much treatment as my friend next to me, even though we both just got the basic service.

I got a dip manicure and my nails have never looked better. The people here are super sweet!

Oceans is a beautiful,clean and professional nail salon! They are very friendly with a TON of color options! They offer multiple services. I got a polygel manicure and gel pedicure and it turned out great! I was in a time pinch and they were able to do my manicure and pedicure at the same time to help me out! Lisa and Polly are the best and are so helpful!!

Horrible experience. The guy doing my nails was rushing the entire time as if he had somewhere else to be. He barely touched my cuticles, and the work felt incomplete and careless. On top of that, he had a very bad attitude and made me feel like he was being rushed to get me out the door. I came here to relax and enjoy my service, not to feel like an inconvenience. He didn't even clean up the messy polish around my nails. I have never had a pedicure this bad. The quality of the work was unacceptable, and the customer service was even worse. It almost felt like they assume that because this is a vacation town, customers won't be coming back, so there's no need to provide quality service. Well, that's not my case--I live here, and I support local businesses when they deserve it. Unfortunately, this experience was far from acceptable. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning. Very disappointing. read more

This is the worst service I've ever had in a long time. I went to get my nails done, and he left me with nubs. I specifically asked for them to be not too short, but they look like short press nails. I spent $70 on something that was not worth it. Do people not realize that in this economy, they should give decent service and not get an attitude when I asked to fix it? I don't recommend this place to anyone. The prices are extremely high for the horrible service. read more

I had a great fill manicure with Mike. Went back 2 weeks later for a pedicure,not with Mike. Nail polish peeling and got what I think as a RN is athletics foot. Terrible itching and skin peeling off my baby and next toe on my left foot. Nail polish looked bubbly. Pretty place but won't go back because of my feet. I never see the staff wash their hands between clients touching our feet and hands. In today's times...show us you wash your hands please!!! read more

Awesome work! Hannah did my nails and did recommended me exactly what I wanted and helped me choose what's best for my nails. She gave me black coffin shaped Gel X nails and they are LASTING! I am an anxious person and she certainly dedicated plenty of time to making me comortable. She did an excellent job and I certainly will be back. The vibe of the place was very neat, quite, and very clean. I was impressed with the quality of the work, and defintely the way my nails were treated with care. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good nail job as I was nervous at first since I'd never been. I'm glad I trusted my gut and will certainly be back. read more

The wait was about ten minutes, I got a full set of gel x nails with white gel and black polka dots. The polka dots were uneven and different sizes. Not like my photo. The quality was ok, and the service was good but not amazing. Dissatisfied in the design read more

My sister-in-law and I arrived at opening time and requested our toenails to just be painted. We had a pedicure the week before. The lady that did mine was so rough and rude. I explained I had surgery on my left foot and could not bend the way she wanted. She kept jerking my foot and treated me horribly. I gave her a $3 tip for a $15 service, and she huffed when I did that. My sister-in-law was treated wonderful next to me. I will never go here again. read more

I'm a local & this was my first visit, I will definitely be back! I had a gel manicure & the Bay-sic pedicure, and they both were great! Ana was amazing, she took her time & kept checking her work as she did my nails which I appreciated. Prices were reasonable & the salon is very nice & clean. This will be my regular spot from now on! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the techs were very friendly. This shop looks amazing and everything is new. I enjoyed their pedi chairs and their wide variety of color choices. They do all kinds of services from regular polish to dips to waxing. My brows look amazing and my nails are exactly what I wanted! read more

(This is the 2nd time I've tried to leave a review.) I got a pedicure last month. The male tech did not soak my feet before starting to work on them. I asked him to trim my nails short, and he said they were too short already. I told him I wanted them shorter, so he filled them a little. He did not clean the cuticle area or under the nails adequately. He used the pumice stone so much it left my feet sore, even tho I don't have cracked heels or calluses. I called the next day to complain to the manager, and she offered to fix it. I went in and she soaked my feet for about 10 minutes, then started with the pumice stone! I said no, I told you the nails need a trim! She clipped them some but didn't repair the polish. All told it cost me $50 ! Save your feet and stay away. read more

I called them the next day and asked if I could get them fixed due to the color difference and they assured me they would and to have me come back in (mind you, I live 37 minutes away). Once I get there, I sit in the chair and was told they were going to charge me again because I wanted them redone. Of all the nail places I've visited in my 20 years of getting my nails done, I've never been re-charged for asking them to fix my nails to make them look like the display in the rack. Of course, I can't throw $70+ at them for a second day because I'm not made of money, so I walked out bawling crying and I will never recommend this place again. Extremely upsetting. I wish I could take back my tip! Do not come here.

I had an awful experience at this nail salon. Both my friend and I left feeling disappointed and in pain. She got a pedicure where they were literally ripping out parts of her toenails, causing extreme discomfort. I opted for an acrylic full set and pedicure, which was equally terrible. The pedicures felt rushed, and the massage was more like painful slapping and punching than anything relaxing. To make matters worse, the technician cut me multiple times during my full set. I had to repeatedly ask him to make the acrylic thinner for a more natural look, and he was resistant until the technician next to him told him to "just do what she wants." He rolled his eyes and then cut me *again* with the drill--it felt almost spiteful. My thumb is now bleeding and looks infected. Save yourself the pain and skip this place. The pricing is also super deceptive. Their website advertises a full set for $40 and a gel manicure for $40, but I was charged $55 for my acrylics because they have a different, unadvertised menu in the store. I'm not the only one who's noticed this bait-and-switch in the reviews. And to top it all off, after paying, the staff kept pressuring me to leave even though I was waiting for my friend to finish paying so we could leave together. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Seriously, do NOT come here. read more

What a delightful experience I had thanks to Lisa! I did some research prior to scheduling my appointment for a fill. All that I read was encouraging so I gave the salon a call. I must say that from my initial contact I felt that the outcome of my appointment would be a positive one and it was! The folks there were friendly and happy to help. I appreciated the cleanliness and tasteful decor of the salon. That is always important as it shows "pride of ownership" and thoughtful consideration of their customers. It is definitely a full service salon that I could indulge in should we be staying here longer. We will be returning next year for a month and I will definitely be calling Lisa for an appointment. She is GREAT and does fantastic work with care! read more

The kind lady who did my manipedi was excellent, I didn't catch her name but she wore glasses with butterflies that hang down, and she had blue dangling earrings on. Yesterday I got my nails done for the first time. They were closing but they were generous enough to let me in and they did my nails. They did a phenomenal job. The nail spa is clean and very relaxing. Good price as well. Ladies, when you're on vacation in PCB or if you're a local, stop by this friendly nail salon in Pier Park.
