I've inquired with several residential security systems within the last few weeks, and to my delight was happy to see Hawk Security Services was still in business as I have used this Security company before in the past back in early 2000 and was extremely satisfied with the services they provided. after reading reviews for Hawk Sercurity Services/ Sales Consultant (Ms. Joy K), I pacifically requested a call back from her only to come out and explain the (GO HAWK VIDEO MONITORING PACKAGES) for myself and my mother. Ms. Joy K response time was awesome. I requested a call back on October 20,2018 and she called me back the next day October 21,2018 to set up a time for this week that was convenient for me and my mother to both be home as we live right next door to each other. Ms. Joy K got to my home around 9:30am and left from my mothers house by 5:30pm. myself and mother had several questions and with us both being a fixed monthly income being retired our funds our limited. But Ms. Joy K went over several options with us trying to make sure we could get the security we "DESPERATELY NEED" at both houses. We are still undecided due to pricing cost, but I"m praying by the grace of GOD and Jesus Christ, I have Faith Ms. Joy K will get it done. Stay away! I was sold this system in 2015 and told I could add several cameras to it. Then all of a sudden when I want to add them I'm told my system can only support one camera. So, bait and switch? Trying to get the sale? I'm not sure! Buddy at Hawk Security told me "he just wouldn't do it". I also spoke with Patti at Customers solutions that assured me she would work something out with me and call me back. She never did. Then, finally after not getting calls back after promises and promises I call again. They put me in touch with Ken Carter who by the way did not call or email me when he said that he would. However, after following back up with him again and did provide me the information I needed. Now apparently, all of a sudden my system can work with other cameras which is all I had been begging for!! He emailed me the paperwork to sign, but without telling me within the paperwork was a new 3 YEAR CONTRACT just for adding a camera and a doorbell. This is in addition to the increase of $22 per month and the service fee I was going to have to pay. I would think twice before using Hawk Security. I know they treat their employees good, but they should try treating their customers just a little bit better. All in all, horrible customer service, the system works OKAY, and they don't respond when they say they will. read more

As a first time home buyer I feel very safe with my choice of Hawk Security Services. Their commitment to use local representatives was a huge help. Their representative, Tim Bennight, was extremely helpful and professional. He helped me choose a security package that gave me peace of mind, without pushing for unnecessary options. In addition to the security package, he also gave me several tips on things that I should be knowledgeable about when it comes to home security, and has always been prompt and willing to answer questions with the security equipment, billing, and the Alarm.com app. They definitely go above and beyond. After ordering the alarm system Hawk installed everything in my home the next day. Everything went very smoothly, and they were very patient with teaching me how to use the system and take advantage of all the options. I did have an issue with one of the door sensors falling off the door, but Tim came out within the hour of me reporting it and helped fixed it, then he even helped me set up my Doorbell Camera. I'll be continuing to use Hawk for as long as I'm in an area that they provide service. read more

Garland Gibbs was the exceptional sales manager who attentively listened to our needs and made them happen. We have a large building, we work in the back of the building away from the front door. The response time from when I requested information to when Jack was at my door was amazing. He took the time to explain everything that they offer, the different ways that my home would be protected and even threw in a few things I wasn't expecting. I LOVE the app that can control everything. I have so much peace of mind knowing that I can control everything even when I'm not at home. I cannot say enough good things about this company, or this security system! We had Hawk at our last house and were pleased with it. Recently I moved into a new house that did not have a previous alarm system installed (spoke with Joe Encinia). Since I had trusted Hawk before, we transferred it over to our new house. They installed a brand new system and waived the installation fee since we had been customers for a few years. The tech (Steve Bonner) showed up on time, was super friendly, and worked so fast! The interface is SO easy that I taught my 4 and 6 year old daughters how to call the fire dept or police (via Hawk keypad) in 2 min. We've had a multi-year relationship with Hawk Security and they have always been quick to address our needs. When we had an intermittent problem with our alarm system, we contacted them and they quickly dispatched Steve Rocha to evaluate the problem. Mr. Rocha was thorough and responsive and took time to check and evaluate every window and door. When a broken wire was discovered, my husband did not want it replaced with a wireless connection. Mr. Rocha listened to his concerns, then followed up on the repair. He drilled and replaced a new wired connection with skill and precision. Likewise, he was careful to clean up after his work and the new hole was almost invisible. It was obvious he takes pride in his work! Excellent job, excellent technician!! We couldn't be happier! Was connected to Ken who showed up next day to discuss our needs and options. He was thorough and went through everything patiently with us. Had an installer out 4 DAYS LATER! 4 cameras, smoke detectors, glass breaking sensor, video door bell, new key pads, etc etc. Installer included me on decisions of where to place things and was fast and friendly! Everything works perfectly through the APP, laptop or keypads. Love that I can control everything from my phone! Pricing was a little lower than everyone else and service was outstanding. We have good experiences with Hawk Security Systems. We had the system installed when we first moved into our home a number of years ago and upgraded later on. They came out and fixed our security issues after that Arctic Blast in February 2021. Some of the sensors got water into them. Now we installed new windows and a nice technician named David spent the morning re-installing everything. He did a great job.
