Why did I choose Precision Aire? I knew the person who bid the job would be on site so there wouldn't be any disconnect on what was said versus what was delivered. Billy listened to my concerns and needs, carefully inspected the attic and all rooms before bidding. He sent me pictures of previous jobs and answered questions on a weekend for me! The city inspector was impressed as well. The one hiccup we had is with all the vibrations of the project in the attic, it disconnected my doorbell. Billy came out on a Saturday to fix it for me! I would recommend him for my parents and anyone else I cared about. I don't write a lot of reviews unless it's really really bad or super amazing stellar...so guess which camp Billy and Precision Aire stand firm in? I wish all my contractors were as good.

Okay, so it's just the sun, and the sun is awesome :o) My starter home is where my eldest son resides. We built that pup in 1995 and the OG Hvac was still kicking. But, it finally succumbed to its mortality. WTD? Come to you great people of Yelp. The way I see it, if an hvac company is worth it, they've installed a unit in a home the same spec as mine before, so you don't need to send high pressured salespeople or a tech to give me the run around. Act like you are experts, professionals and look my home up on google, redfin, zillow. You should know what fits that home without ever coming out, or you aren't in the right business. Cameron from Team Enoch spoke to me on the phone. I sent him pics from my ladder to the attic where the air handler eeks out a living, and one of the manufacturers placard. I did same with the outside unit. Cameron was familiar with the system I had, mapde a few suggestions of different units they sell. I had a couple other prices from two others, one a family connect, the plug. Cameron even hooked me up with available 0% financing. Didn't use it because Chase Freedom offered 0% with two fitty cash back after spending $1500 first 3 mos. Boom, gottem. I was given a start time, the technicians, Alec and Alex arrived spot on the dime when they said they'd be there. No waiting. They took me through the process, explained everything in detail, then got right to work, no dilly, no dally. I was told how long the service would take, and they finished on time. These guys are as OCD as I am. The install was better than the original installation in 1995, brand new. Every line, crisp, every wire, tied and straight. I was military so everything has to be dressed right dress. It is. You can tell when the people providing a service care to get every detail with a high level of respect for every cent you're spending. Team Enoch even cleans up behind themselves. They respect your home. I just settled my bill, and it was truly my pleasure to pay for this. I honestly know I got more value for my moolah. Thanks to everyone on Yelp as well. Cedric came out that day and worked on my system for about two hours on a very hot afternoon. He was cheerful and professional despite climbing around my infernal attic and the hot side yard.
