Although they were unable to do the windshield, due to the difficulty and specialty tools involved, they were able to do all side windows and back window and it looks fantastic, I would highly recommend. He had heard good things about this location. He sent an email out for a quote. He had good communication on the email and got a time set up. He got a confirmation of a time and scheduled to do the drop off. One small hiccup was that he got a second email not long after. The email came from a different individual trying to confirm the same information, and he thought it was a scam. He didn't answer the 2nd email because he had already confirmed everything through the initial emails and thought it was spam. He went to drop off the vehicle, and they had canceled his original appointment because he didn't answer that second email. Luckily, the gentleman behind the counter was great. He was able to get him in right around the same time frame, and we had no major problems. The husband discussed all the options, picked out what he wanted, and got it ordered. He was able to share options with my husband there in the store. He picked out the 15% in the back and 70% on the front. They let us know that they were only a couple of days out. That still worked fine for us. We got the call a couple of days later, and it was like taking a kid to the candy store. Hubby was so excited to see the tint on his car. He had been wanting this since he got the car. We got to meet Jen and the shop pup Jayla, who startled me when I walked in this time, but was happy for the pup love while we finished up paying. It ended up being about $540.00, which is what we budgeted for. Hubby had a coupon, but it was expired, but that's okay. They walked him through what he should and should not do for a certain amount of time. He still loves it. Thank you for everything.

He remembered me from 1991 when he installed a stereo in my 1981 Toyota Celica. When we were discussing the security system for my BMW, we talked about the system he installed in my Celica. He detailed the components like he installed them last week. A short time ago, my security system wasn't working right so I contacted Paul. He asked me to bring in my car and he would take a look at it. When I got there, one of his technicians, Jason Salas, noticed that the wire to the antenna at the top of the windshield was not hooked up to anything. I told him that I recently had my windshield replaced and that the two sided tape holding the thing up there came loose. Not knowing what that thing was, I disconnected it and put it in my car somewhere . Paul asked me where it was. I told him it fell off the windshield because it was not attached right and that it was in the car somewhere. After we found it, Jason put it back in place with some good two-sided tape and the alarm worked right again. I told Paul I was amazed at how quickly Jason diagnosed the problem. He told me "Jason was Installer of the Year in the entire country as recognized by the Mobile Electronics Retailers Association back in '06/'07." Paul and Jason are the kind of people who work at AMS and that's the kind of service I've been getting there since 1991. I highly recommend AMS for their selection of quality car stereo equipment, automobile security systems and especially for the people who install everything they sell."

I had my whole explorer tinted at this place and noticed a bubble in the tint after a couple months…read more(waiting for it to cure like they said) so I brought it back to them and they said that it will go away. Honestly my thoughts were this guy just doesn't want to deal with his mistake. Anyway I left went home and waited a while longer before returning and told them again and the tint guy came out from the back and again saw the bubble and said he'd replace it free but he had to charge me 50.00 to remove the old tint?!? I would definitely chose a different spot for your window tinting needs! You won't get any warm feeling about this place. Update: Just arrived at a different business that does tint and they pointed out where it's peeling on the corner and the tints don't match. I am so unhappy with Auto toyz I would honestly stay far far away from this place.
