Go some place else. I was disappointed with the lounge seating & stained ceiling tiles. The floor, walls & beverage bar were very dirty with weeks of neglect. I couldn't operate the coffee machine as the touch screen was down. The lounge was open to the showroom floor and in my last visit with a 2 hour wait, I overheard employees talking about their sex lives, gym accomplishments, playing loud offensive music & making fun of a customer picking up their new car after she left the showroom behind her back. When I called Jim Koestner's to…read moremake the appointment they were super friendly and suggested that it may be my battery and said they would take a look at it. They found that there was just a bad connection from the battery due to corrosion. They cleaned the corrosion, replaced two bolts, and charged me $19. I'm always weary to go to new mechanics just because I don't know anything about cars and they have the ability to lie and tell you whatever they want to get your money. Jim Koestner's did not do this!! I will definetely be taking my car back whenever it needs to be serviced.

The family of my childhood went to the latter. Before Wisser's expanded, he had gas pumps, so we bought our gas and got our car repairs there. Now, with more than double the bays, Wisser's is where my mother still gets her cars serviced. Rick and Jill own and run the repair shop. Rick's father, Dick, was the face of the business when I was a young driver, and I was conflicted about him. An excellent auto mechanic, he presented as a no nonsense man of few words, so I was scared to death of him. Rick is his equal as a mechanic and much less taciturn. His wife, Jill, handles the books. (As a side note, as of today's date, there are 4 earlier reviews that Yelp's algorithm has seen to exclude - see below - and they are worth reading.)

He went on a test drive with me after the work was completed and adjusted a few things and topped off the oil for free. Carr Craft was suggested to me by another shop in the area, so I gave them a call. The scheduling folks were great and were able to get me in quickly, I was able to get it in and back the same day with an in-depth analysis of the problems as well as a quick fix to shore up some of the service issues in less than an hour. The service tech was fantastic, and the prices were far better than I had expected. I will definitely be taking my car here if it has any issues in the future.

I brought it here to get it fixed, and Kenny took care of the problem flawlessly at a very reasonable price. He's a down-to-earth gentleman, and I'll definitely be bringing my car back for any future work. After Kenny got the car fixed, it's now quiet and smooth--feels like a brand new car!
