Great experience. My old audiologist could not do in ear measurements. Dr. Carol has the proper equipment. She adjusted my hearing aids to fit my deficit frequencies exact. My two-year-old hearing aids are working better than originally set up. My previous audiologist tried to tune them up last year, but I still could not hear properly. Now I do not miss any conversations. Dr. Carol spent a long time with me making sure they are working properly. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend her. She was patient and answered all my questions Her experience and talent made all the difference. I have been wearing hearing aids for the last 12 years. This is my third set of hearing aids. Dr. Hawkins was great! I was in town visiting and my wife "said" I really needed to get my hearing checked. I didn't really want to go, but a friend suggested Hawkins Hearing so a went online and was easily able to get an appointment. Megan, the receptionist, was very nice to talk to and I got in right away. Dr. Hawkins, Carol, took me back to the spacious testing sound proof room and explained what we were going to do and hooked me up to test my hearing. Easy enough. After that we into another room and showed me my results and explained what I could and what I was missing out on - unfortunately quite a bit and it conformed what I already suspected. We talked about the pluses and minuses of various brands and designs and chose what we thought was going to work best for me. Soo glad I went!
