The amenities (two story gym, rooftop pool with lounge area, coffee station, gated garage) are all excellent. During my stay here they have made positive changes: there's a security desk now, lock box for packages, property manager is in the actual residential building, garage is secured/locked with access card, elevators have easy-to-clean wood floor instead of carpet. There are 18 floors with elderly people living on some of the higher ones. Previous property manager was amazing, she, her son, her dog, were always friendly, professional, and helpful. Current team is awful. Maybe they dont know that people are smoking inside because they dont want to walk down 18 floors to do so. Maybe they shouldnt send lease violations to people whose dogs are peeing OFF PROPERTY. Maybe they should fix the elevators so peoples pets can hold their bladders before till they can get outside. Maybe they should be chasing after the people who fill the amazon locker for weeks with un picked up packages. I've been purposely coming back home later to avoid rush hour elevator traffic so that we dont have to cram 8 people into a 5 by 5 space. DO NOT let this reflect on the maintenance guy. He is great. The grounds are kept up well, with weekly/biweekly landscaping done throughout the complex. The office continues to create a nice, and inviting environment by organizing monthly holiday theme events. I especially loved their pool safety event, which was held in the pool with our local police officers, fire Department, and community members, who provided information to our youth in regards to pool safety. Afterwards they hung out with the kids for games and snow cones. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Some residents at Link let their animals urinate in the elevators, and do not clean up after them. Many days the elevators smell like stale pet urine. Location wise: I enjoyed being close to downtown and you can easily walk to the river. I did not like that Manchester does not have a grocery store or many decent food options, so that was rather inconvenient. But there is a brewery, pizza place, and Subway all within walking distance. The office staff (Shayla) and maintenance are always pleasant and kind, and maintenance is very quick to respond to work orders.
