On my first audit I had to do all of the leg work myself including preparing documents and figuring it all out myself. They were willing to review my materials before i sent them into the revenue service, however, it was very difficult to even be seen here. I spent hours preparing all of my documentation on my own wondering why i even payed these people the amount of money i did. So, I figured ok its over I will never be audited again. Well i was audited for the second time the following year and again no assistance or backup from my tax people again. I will never go to this place again and i assure you that if anything happens involving an audit you will receive little to no support in the matter. I would highly advise people to steer clear of this place!

Numerous phone calls and emails and nothing. They never get it transferred over so the life insurance lapsed. Then I have to take time out of my life to drive over to their office to where I'm told I've got a paper I need to fill out, I arrived to a stack of papers . Right at three years of premiums down the drain because of crappy customer service. Amazing
