His bid was very reasonable. The results are stunning. The crew did an enormous amount of prep work, including some plaster repair, making sure all surfaces were perfect before painting. The house looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with their professionalism and craftsmanship. The team was communicative, hardworking, and highly respectful. Jim's positive attitude made the whole process worry-free. We live out of town, and it's been a challenge at times to get a professional to answer our calls. Also, some of the screens needed the wood frames rebuilt. They took them to repair and replace. I never got the screens back. Very difficult because the vintage look has not been replaced. Also they painted my windows shut. Can't open my windows. I called three times for corrections of these issues and never received a response and no one showed up.

He took his time power washing, prepped the wood surfaces and applied primer. We could not be happier with the results. Many of our neighbors stopped to compliment his work. He showed up on time everyday, and worked cleanly. He filled in holes and touched up everything that was damaged as he went. My husband and I are very pleased with his work. I'm thankful he was willing to and brave enough to take on my 30ft ceilings! His price was very fair considering it took him more coats than we expected.
