During our preliminary walkthrough and a follow-up meeting, I greatly appreciated Mauricio's professionalism, patience, courteous demeanor, honesty, and consultative approach. After the wallpaper I ordered was finally delivered, Mauricio and his partner, Jose, started the projects right away. After they finished the projects in the evening and cleaned up, Mauricio performed a wallpaper installation and painting final walkthrough with me to ensure I was pleased with the overall results. Mauricio installed our wallpaper straight with nearly invisible seams. There were no major issues with the paint job: there was consistent coverage with NO roller marks/drips/streaks/obvious brush-strokes near the edges of walls and windows. They accidentally spilled some paint on our carpet, but they cleaned it up to the best of their ability so that it is barely noticeable. After our final walkthrough, he happily accommodated my requests to improve a few minor things related to the wall paint. He even offered to come by our home the next day if we noticed anything out of the ordinary. Overall, the entire experience from start to finish was positive. I could tell that Mauricio takes pride in his work. I heartily recommend West Coast Painting as a trustworthy partner for paint/wallpaper needs and we plan on hiring them again for future projects.
