Once the day came, we had just completed some DIY drywalling and needed a little help finishing the last float and texture before painting. Justin went above and beyond and added this last minute at a fair price. During the job, there were a few issues due to clutter we left in our rush to finish the DIY work. Justin worked to communicate the issue and resolve it, working around our tricky schedule. After a few days had passed, multiple members of Justin's staff needed unexpected time off, and Justin showed up himself to help get the job done. Justin and his team got the job done, paying special attention to make sure we were satisfied, even going above and beyond again to repair a spot where some tricky furniture of ours unexpectedly left some scratches in the floor. After all this, the price was right at the estimate, plus the small charge for our extra floating and texturing ask. His bid was very reasonable. The results are stunning. The crew did an enormous amount of prep work, including some plaster repair, making sure all surfaces were perfect before painting.
