After we found a house with acreage, Barry set up the various inspections for us and called in some construction folks to make some adjustments we wanted done before we moved in. If that weren't enough, he did the leg work to find answers to our questions regarding additional building permits. He saved us a lot of headaches by getting the nitty-gritty from the county guys that we wouldn't have gotten on our own. A short time later, we find ourselves being sent back to Georgia and Barry is our choice for selling the same house he helped us buy. He's just as helpful getting the house ready to list as he was with the buying process. If you like the stuffed shirts and uppity agents, I don't recommend Barry. However, if you like down-to-earth, easy going yet still professional type...then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Barry.
