It took…read moresomething like 4+ months for it to be returned, during then I was moving across the country, and the negatives were shipped to my old address. I showed them a link through the shipping provider to change the delivery address; I was more than willing to be billed the difference to do so but never responded. By the time I got an acquaintance to pick up the package it was gone. It is not their responsibility for the packages safety once leaving their hands, but a courtesy email to see if the mailing address provided 4 months before was still good would have been appreciated. I can expect a lab to take a month at most when thinking if an address is solid for that time, but not 4 and not without a timeline from the lab on how long the delay will be. The people here provide a great service and great results, but I wasn't given any apology or recourse. I only wish them to improve because we all love shooting film and they make it easier.
