Laura asked how she could help me. A well-dressed customer came in and Laura asked her mother to address the client. I was asking about value and assessment on a number of jewelry pieces for my family heirs and insurance purposes, cost of valuation, and getting 3 assessments. When Laura pulled my necklace out of the jewelry box, she broke the chain. She handed my now broken necklace back to me, saying it broke when she was taking it out. Laura then left me and went to the new customer and got out her assessed platinum bracelet. Laura looked at me and loudly and rudely said we are not buying anything, at least twice. She said I should sit and wait. Laura did not offer to fix my now broken 25 yr+ Designer Arabic gold necklace. I felt as if I were being snubbed. Customer service is poor in this little shop.

Additional note for anyone who may need appliances. Bargain Supply has been our "go-to" place for appliances for many years. Since I was concerned the dryer mentioned above might not be repairable, I visited Bargain Supply on Saturday to look for a replacement. They pulled up my previous purchases and then helped me select a dryer they had in stock, should I have needed a new one immediately, knowing I was "just in case shopping". That's service!

Prices will reflect shopping at a vintage boutique. Saying that, they've been found, cleaned up and displayed at the store, which makes the pricing in alignment. I also appreciated how items were displayed and left with a couple of ideas for home. While I would have loved to walk out with a Belle of Louisville artwork, I couldn't convince myself to splurge. He was friendly and helped right away. My Aunt has recommend I come here so I was a little more relaxed but still kind of nervous. A young man walks in and he apparently knows the family. The interaction they had this man had me leave in tears and then sit in my car and cry. I know 100% that this young man would have never been treated with the love and compassion he received from these two behind the counter from anywhere else here in the area or Louisville. I live in Okolona and am very proud to have them a part of our community. In that short time he taught me about the tragedy's and love that the family share. And who drives what! I was surprised that they had much higher quality antiques than the peddler's malls in our area, because they were located in downtown Jeffersonville you wouldn't suspect there was a MUSEUM. I didn't get any sales pressure from the young man behind the counter when I asked him how much something was, which I appreciated. They actually did have a ring I liked, and when he told me the price, I had to ask if he was sure! I want to go back after the next farmer's market because I didn't even get to look at everything once in my first visit. Will definitely be back!
