We were greeted immediately and assistance was offered, after which we were able to stroll leisurely without high pressure or sales spiels. After looking through the show room, we had questions and staff was prompt with help and were very knowledgeable. When we requested a different fabric for couch pillows, staff took the time to bring a book of fabric samples and show us the various options. One purchased piece of furniture was not in stock and the predicted time to make the piece was on the money. The store held the other furniture to prevent us from paying twice for delivery. Delivery set up was a breeze. The furniture arrived and we were called to choose a convenient date for delivery. The only thing that could be improved would be to have a 2-hour window for delivery as promised. As it were, we were not given a time frame, and sat at home all day, with the furniture not arriving until 3: 30. However, the delivery personnel were exceptional in their handling of the furniture and careful not to damage walls. I highly recommend this store for furniture needs. It is located on English Station Rd in Middletown, near the water tower. The business has dedicated parking.

I recently had my Butterfly 1501 15-needle embroidery machine serviced by this company, and…read moreunfortunately the situation did not end in a resolution. According to their advertising, they have expanded their repair services to cover industrial sewing machines, longarm quilting machines, multi-needle embroidery machines, and sergers. Based on that information, I contacted them in September 2025 for routine maintenance -- cleaning, oiling, and tension adjustment. My machine was running prior to service, although it had been sitting unused for about a year. After the technician completed the service, I ran a small design and the machine stopped within a few minutes, displaying multiple error codes that had not appeared before. To their credit, communication improved once the issue began, and they picked up the machine to evaluate it further at their store. However, this process continued from September 2025 until February 2026. The machine was ultimately returned to me in February 2026 unrepaired. I was told they were unable to obtain the necessary part and that the head was likely bad. While I appreciate the communication efforts, I am disappointed that I paid $700 for service and, after several months, received my machine back not functioning. This has been a frustrating, lengthy, and costly experience -- and not the outcome I expected when choosing a company that advertises service for multi-needle embroidery machines.

Wasting my time and then offering that amount was a huge slap in the face. yet they are selling pre-owned machines from the same time frame as mine for over $6,000.
