Absolutely worst sign company in the Wichita area. The owners make there employees do dangerous…read morejobs and make them half ass the customers signs to get as many jobs done in a day no matter if it puts the employees life on the line and could possibly kill them. As well as the receptionist Kathy treats her crews like trash and verbally abuses them to there face as well as over the phone/text messages etc, completly degrading them of there work ethic while the owners John and rene do nothing about it and go on vacation pretty much every week disregarding the problems & dangers in the work place just to make a quick dollar. Firing employees after they get hurt on the job due the managers lack of accountability for forcing an employee to rig the job and get it out of the way. i know multiple previous employees who have gotten hurt due to this companys lack of safety and proceeds to fire said employee and not take care of the medical expenses. Management forces there employees to break/damage bulbs and other electrical wiring on the customers sign to raise the price, or convince the customer they need more LED conversions just to make extra money for the owners vacation fund. I would honestly suggest fixing your sign yourself than hire Ron's sign to do it. PIECE OF SH*T COMPANY

The lady spoke with me through the whole process of her sending the information to them. She asked personal questions, showing that she was engaged in the conversation. They have all of your needs for boxing and shipping packages. I also noticed that they sold some other household items. Worth stopping in if you need their services! uBreakiFix really blew me away with their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction!…read more The story takes some telling to get there, though. I originally had a mixed-to-negative experience with a worker at uBreakiFix that involved my MacBook Pro and two inadequate keyboard and battery replacements. A third replacement keyboard was never ordered despite multiple statements to the contrary, and then I was ghosted, apparently intentionally. It left my laptop functional but with an odd keyboard, a knocking rattle when jostled, and a slightly misaligned touchpad that clicked strangely in one place (all new issues). It was already an older laptop and I didn't want to make a mountain out of a molehill, so I was fully prepared to live with the keyboard and the other minor issues. I was pretty disappointed, though. Then my laptop started having (unrelated) display problems a couple months later, and I thought long and hard about going back. In the end I decided to give them another chance, so long as I was dealing with a new technician. I'm glad I did! Apparently the previous employee had been let go due to a pattern of behavior (my impression), and the other staff were unaware that my issue had never been completely fixed to my satisfaction. I have to give credit to the manager and the lead tech. They wanted to make it right, so they not only replaced the keyboard again, but they also replaced the display (twice; the first replacement had an issue) and overnighted all the parts--at no charge to me. They were also really good about communicating the ongoing status of the repair. Now my laptop feels brand new. They may have lost money on this repair, but I'll be recommending them to anyone who could use their services from now on. It's rare to see this kind of focus on customer satisfaction these days.
