Do not take any electronics in need of repair to them, and do not, under any circumstance, purchase any of their computers. I purchased a computer from them in November of 2010. I didn't begin using it until the middle of December, and by the second week in January we were having difficulties keeping it on, due to a power supply issue. The "owner" who later called himself a "manager" did tell us that he'd "take care of us" when we brought the computer in mid-February. I heard nothing from this company unless I called them. The were "fixing" my computer for 10 weeks, and I finally got a response after filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Their customer service is non-exsitent, no one could answer my questions, and best of all even be bothered to return my phone calls. For a company that boasts on their website "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed" and "fast turnaround", I experienced everything but their claims. To top it all off the "owner"/"manager" Jason Gregg was downright insulting in his communication with me, implying that I think computers are fixed by fairies and parts to fix them grow in backyards. I would avoid this company at all costs. They are shady, unprofessional and ridiculously slow. Take your computer somewhere else, anywhere else, and save yourself the hassle I experienced.

Got concerned when the tech starting arguing with me whether or not my computer NEEDED a better heat sink/fan and power supply...AFTER she had previously recommended those upgrades a month ago. 24 hours later, after successful installation of the provided parts, I took the computer home, booted it up, and it seems to be running smoother and cooler. The crashes seem to be limited to a couple software programs, so maybe a re-install might be in order. Repairs and service are very affordable, and she seemed like she really wanted to put the computer at its optimal health and speed.
