Got concerned when the tech starting arguing with me whether or not my computer NEEDED a better heat sink/fan and power supply...AFTER she had previously recommended those upgrades a month ago. 24 hours later, after successful installation of the provided parts, I took the computer home, booted it up, and it seems to be running smoother and cooler. The crashes seem to be limited to a couple software programs, so maybe a re-install might be in order. Repairs and service are very affordable, and she seemed like she really wanted to put the computer at its optimal health and speed.

Took in an I phone and had a battery replaced. Worked for three days. But the next day I noticed that the back glass of the phone was coming off. Went back to the store and after they looked at the phone was told that the battery was overcharged causing battery to swell. I didn't understand this because we didn't change a thing. Same charger and same charging line we always use. They wanted to charge me for another battery. Said we over charged the phone. Would not admit it could have been a defective battery. I did check the brick for voltage, right at 5 volts. Don't trust this place. Will not go back.

Not one of them would wait on me. I was told to wait till it was my turn. A women came in with a phone.. a clerk came out from the back to help her immediately. I was still waiting for 30 minutes.. I just had to leave the store. They can keep my repaired item, This store has no idea how to properly wait on customers . And take care of customers who are waiting patently. A customer should not have to wait to pick up an item and pay an invoice. And a walk in should not be taken over a customer seated for 3o minutes.

I brought in a broken phone once and they told me it would be at least $500 to get it working just…read moreenough to get the data off it only for it to work 2 hours later with no repairs. I also brought in a 3ds which got a VERY small amount of water on it before i immediately brought it to the store and I signed up for a tech repair membership which is a monthly fee that covers 5 devices for cleaning and repairs and stuff. They dehydrated it only to tell be about 4 days after the 48 he dehydration that it didnt work and the membership i got doesn't actually cover repairs. I looked it up, it takes freshwater at LEAST a day to damage electronics beyond repair. I think they waited 2 days before even starting my device. Edit: I put my 3ds in rice for a day and now its working again after being quoted $400 to replace the part that was broken. Do NOT go to this store they will rip you off
