My previous workplace bought me a desk and I loved it so much I purchased it for myself at my new workplace. Beware of Office Depot's furniture assembly service. I called to set up assembly service and was told someone would call me within 24-48 hours to set up a time. After two weeks, I never heard from someone. I called again, same thing. I called a third time. On the fourth call, it was admitted to me that while they claim to service the entire country they don't have an ample number of service assemblers in every state. I understand things are slower, also, during the pandemic, but I never received a call to get an update. I'm in Manhattan, Kansas, two hours from Kansas City and he told me the closest service technician was in Kansas City. He could not promise if someone could assemble my desk in 2 days or 2 months. The outgoing voice message as you wait on hold has a woman's voice that says Office Depot is "ready" to assemble your furniture. Don't believe it! So I hired a handy man. We spent four hours putting it together. It's not difficult, just very tedious. That's Ok, but when we reached the part of putting on the desktops, we discovered that several of the pre-drilled holes were off by as much as 1/2 to 1 inch. Some spots, where there should have been pre-drilled holes, did not have them for the pegs. I still love the desk, but exceptionally disappointed in Office Depot! I recommend the product, but not Office Depot. Go to Staples or other vendors for items that require assembly.

    Took in an I phone and had a battery replaced. Worked for three days. After getting home noticed…read moreback side of the phone had what looked like extra glue on the out side back and didn't think much of it, figured it would ware off. But the next day I noticed that the back glass of the phone was coming off. Went back to the store and after they looked at the phone was told that the battery was overcharged causing battery to swell. I didn't understand this because we didn't change a thing. Same charger and same charging line we always use. They wanted to charge me for another battery. Said we over charged the phone. Would not admit it could have been a defective battery. I did check the brick for voltage, right at 5 volts. Don't trust this place. Will not go back.

Not one of them would wait on me. I was told to wait till it was my turn. A women came in with a phone.. a clerk came out from the back to help her immediately. I was still waiting for 30 minutes.. I just had to leave the store. They can keep my repaired item, This store has no idea how to properly wait on customers . And take care of customers who are waiting patently. A customer should not have to wait to pick up an item and pay an invoice. And a walk in should not be taken over a customer seated for 3o minutes.

    I purchased a $700 Cybertron PC gaming computer from Walmart. When the PC arrived, the video card…read morewas not working. So I contact their support and after going through their troubleshooting, I was given instructions on how to use the onboard GPU. I had to remove the video card and find a box to put it in. Cybertron sent me a return label via email to which I advised I do not have a printer. The rep said that's ok, UPS will pick it up anyway. Not true. UPS informed me they will not take the GPU back unless the return label is attached to the box. They said Cybertron would need to issue a "call tag" where the UPS driver comes out with the label instead of me having to deal with it. So I contact tech support again and request a call tag . They refused and said I need to find a way to print out the label. I was advised to take it to a public library or a UPS store. I was prepared to say screw it and just eat the loss on the video card since the onboard video was working fine. A few days later, the entire PC goes dead. Won't turn on and no internal lights or lighted keyboard/mouse (bad power supply). So now I have to send the entire system back. I contact tech support again and was told that the ticket was updated and to box up the PC and return it via UPS Store. It cost me an additional $17 for a box and to print out the return label and off it goes. It takes them 2 months to repair and return the machine and after about 30 days of use, the power supply has failed again. Instead of dealing with the same process again, I will buy a new upgraded PSU and install it myself. Based off the fact that I was shipped defective merchandise twice, I would not buy anything else from this company and I would not recommend anyone else buy from them either.

He came into my home without wearing a face mask. He took photos of my Sony TV and left. I called WE several times afterward to learn that they ordered a circuit board and a Sony remote. Then to our surprise, the board & remote were delivered to my home. I called WE to set another appt for March 16, 2021 @ 10:00 a.m. The repairman Dexter did not arrive until around 12 noon. I called WE @ 10:30 again @ 11:00 and again at 11:30. They gave me Dexter's phone number but calls to him gave me VOICE MAILBOX IS FULL. When he finally arrived, he did not replace the board, but I put fresh, new batteries in the new remote. But he used my Spectrum remote and the TV worked. After he left, my wife tried the new Sony remote and it did not work. I am totally frustrated with White Eagle!

The technical work was completed successfully, and our invoice was submitted to White Eagle on [06/15/2025] under [Immediate] terms.It has now been [387] days past the payment deadline. White Eagle Technologies has completely stopped communicating. They do not answer phone calls, reply to emails, or update their ticketing logs. Other IT service providers and warranty networks (like Asurion or Best Buy) should be aware that this company uses third-party repair shops to fulfill their contracts but fails to pay their bills.
