His response was a shrug and, "I'll let them know." That was it. No attempt to honor the posted price, no effort to resolve the issue, and no concern that the shelf pricing appeared to be wrong. Every time I end up with her, the simplest transaction turns into a 10-minute ordeal. Today I actually left empty-handed after standing there while she tried to process a very straightforward order. A shop this good deserves staff who can keep things moving. Please get more people trained up so customers aren't stuck waiting because one person can't get the system to cooperate.
