That said, what drags my rating down from a 5 to a 3 is the consistent bottleneck behind the counter on weekdays thanks to one employee (tattooed, female, always seeming fried or a little out of it) who's been there for at least a year and still hasn't figured out the POS system. Every time I end up with her, the simplest transaction turns into a 10-minute ordeal. Today I actually left empty-handed after standing there while she tried to process a very straightforward order. A shop this good deserves staff who can keep things moving. Please get more people trained up so customers aren't stuck waiting because one person can't get the system to cooperate.
