I just walked into Cookies and was told that it was buy 1 get 1 50%. I mentioned that another order was computed incorrectly and instead of asking they got upset. My normal order is (7) small froot at 9$ and (1) large Froot. My normal order costs $64. Today it was supposed to get a better deal but I was charged $66 and told to never come back. I've been shopping at this store for years. I won't be back. I was charged 98.72 a few times ago. It should have been $89. I do not appreciate people who are bad at math! read more

Cookies Woodland Hills unfortunately is the worst cookie store I've been. I go to cookies Brentwood location every single week and love it there they have exceptional prices and deals. So I went today to Woodland Hills as I was in the area and the items I usually get are double the price here. what's terrible to me is why does Brentwood with the super rich get the better discount then Woodland Hills that is far less wealthy than Brentwood but way more expensive. That sucks and it's not compassionate towards your customers. You guys need to take notes from the Brentwood location as they are doing the cookie store actual Justice. This dispensary sells fake stiiizy products. They repackage the pods into real stiiizy packaging that's why they have a tape on the side of it. I realized some will scan and some will not depending if the packaging is good or not. When I buy it from stiiizy they don't have the tape on the side. I usually have to rip open the package because it's hard to open. This dispensary has the stiiizy deals because they are selling fakes. This used to be a great dispensary back in the day but they have gotten greedy and don't care about their loyal customers. I've been coming here for years, every week. Last week I came here for some stiiizy pods, and I ended up buying a few of them. When I got home I decided to scan them because I haven't done it in a long time and wanted to be reassured that the product is still good. Well out of the 3 pods I got, 2 scanned and 1 didn't scan. Still being a little ignorant I opened them up and smoked them. The one that didn't scan was terrible. It felt like you're smoking vitamin E filler when you inhale! It was disgusting. So I was bummed. I called the store and let them know of the situation and the manager her name is Melonie told me to that I can bring it back and they can exchange it. So I came back here and the manager wasn't there but I was able to spoke with the owner about my situation. I explained to him I bought some pods and that 1 of them didn't scan. And that I smoked it and it smoked bad, and he just brushed it off and told me to complain to stiiizy. I told him how come the other 2 scanned and 1 didn't. He told me the same thing that I need to complain to stiiizy. At this point I was frustrated so I told him let me get a pod but I want to scan it to see if it's legit or not. He denied it right away. The workers denied it and the security guard and they weren't even part of the conversation. I told him this is not the right way to do business and that if he wants to sell fakes that he will be know for it. So I just wanted to make this message clear because I know a lot of us use stiiizy everyday and we go to this dispensary to buy it, THIS DISPENSARY 100% SELL FAKE STIIIZY PRODUCTS! DO NOT BUY!
