So I go to pick my car back up since yknow the point of the mechanic is to fix it and if its not, go somewhere that will. Get over there, my car is parked in the back with scrap cars. The dash under the steering wheel was ripped down, the glove box was unscrewed, my speakers were loose, probably other things that I can't tell yet, The owner was highly aggressive and argumentative. Said "I wasn't ordering the parts for it", like you're a mechanic and you don't want to do the job that I was willing to pay for after we made arrangements and everything. Called him over to see if he could somehow fix my dash and he said, and I quote, that piece of shit was like that when you brought it. I've been driving my vehicle for 2yrs. So, I just decided to leave. It was going no where. So, I did trash talk him as I was getting in my car. I guess his fragile ego gave way and he snatched my door open- tried breaking it, and lunged at me. My mother got between us so I could leave and before she could leave as well he harassed her to her vehicle, assaulted her and tried to pull her from her vehicle. We had to go a mile away to the police department and make a police report. 100% the worst place to take a vehicle. Untrustworthy and a waste of time. Any mechanic whose proud of their craft wouldn't lie to your face and then get their feelings hurt after you tell them off.

Fearing a lengthy delay, and at age 81 not eager to have to change a tire on the side of an interstate highway, we were led to Fausett's with the help of an online search. A kind lady in the office quickly addressed our situation and concern, then directed an attendant to diagnose the issue (imbedded nail). We were on our way in 15 minutes with a professionally repaired tire for a reasonable price. Salt of the earth, caring people who were eager to help.
