We met with Joe late on a Saturday night and he drove to us in Allentown early the next week so we could have a mechanic take a look at the car. The car only needed some minor parts to make it a 100% which Joe took care of. Also, the check engine light came on shortly after we officially bought the car and were driving it home. Joe took care of that too replacing two O2 sensors. Honestly, these guys are top notch. They pick up quality low mile vehicles from Philly to sell up here where the car selection is much poorer and provide customer service that is over and beyond. They also offered some great coupons, which saved me even more money. The service was very friendly and efficient. However today the white guy with plan hair was very aggressive and disrespectful because he was tell me of a new cost of $200 that was not disclosed to me when I brought my car in 5 days prior. When asked why it was not discussed he blamed it on the mechanic and then started to lie and became very aggressive. He also proceeded to jump up out of his seat making the situation even worst. After which he then went a head to tell me I don't have to take the service if I don't want it. He also had 3 days he could have called and I formed me of the additional cost that I would have been created with this morning. Once he got to the standing and voice increased I walked away because I work in a world where customer service is valued and appreciated. I come to this location bc it is about a 6 minutes drive from my house. For good customer service and application I will travel...
