Nice stone that was expensive Quartzite. They messed up the fabrication so the pieces didn't fit properly. The edges were so sharp it was dangerous. The installers were contracted out and put a dent in the wall and left a razor blade in the rug. I have had much better experience with other vendors read more

The salesperson was horrible. She would not call me back with questions about schedule after I had given her a deposit. I complained to her manager and he called me back. Although the countertop looks beautiful (it was cut very well) the installer was not at all professional. He tried to leave without cutting the holes for the electrical outlet to size. I can't believe he would leave without making sure the outlets fit! I figured this out by trying to put them back in only to find out they didn't fit. He claimed he "didn't do electrical" No excuse for not cutting the holes correctly! He left glue everywhere as well and then said he would not caulk the seams because it would just m old within a few weeks! He was very argumentative with me. The salesperson said she would send him back to discuss it but I told her I wanted someone different that wouldn't waste my tine standing around arguing with me. She never responded. read more

My wife and I went to H-B to look at some countertops and the perfume smell inside the show room was so strong we had to leave. It gave me a headache and five minutes later I'm still smelling it. There show room must be for everyone not just the workers that are working there. Not sure why the smell was so strong. They lost two customers. read more

My experience with HB Marble & Granite has been a very positive one. Our home is being renovated and a small granite slab was needed for a vanity top and wall niche. The granite resources that I visited were only too happy to sell me an entire granite slab which of course, was too much $$ and unnecessary for the project as there would be a ridiculous amount of wasted product. I stumbled upon HB Marble & Granite almost accidentally and was very pleasantly surprised by the vast array of granite remnants in their yard. At my arrival I was greeted by a charming young man named Renan who walked with me through the yard pointing out possibilities for my project. After a short while I made my selection, a gorgeous little slab just sitting in the corner-perfect for our small powder room. Renan invited me into the office, took notes, asked which edge selection I would like and the transaction was completed seamlessly. We decided to have some work done on our kitchen in March, 2021. Visited "the largest kitchen remodeling company in SWFL". Met with friendly, knowledgeable designer and set up appt for him to visit our condo. 2 weeks later he had a quote and we had him back to the condo. When he unveiled the price my wife thought I'd have a stroke. Told him we would think about it. I then called a friend who redid his kitchen last year and got the name of the company he used for his counter tops. Enter HB Marble and Granite. We called and made an appt and met with Jessica. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had the name of the quartz we wanted and gave her measurements. We walked out in one hour with a signed contract to have them do the work. After the templating was complete we went back and met with Jess. Decided to do full quartz backsplash in kitchen and add 2 quartz vanity tops. Including 3 new sinks, plumbing work and minor electrical, the total price was HALF the other quote. Luciano the installer and his partner worked diligently and were very neat and accommodating. Felix the electrician was also very prompt friendly and accommodating. The entire backsplash area was removed and new Sheetrock installed by Marcos and Carlos who were also fabulous. We had an awesome experience ordering our new quartz countertops. I was very indecisive and they were very patient with me. The office people are very nice and the installers were awesome! I had a minor cut issue after installation and it was 2 days before Thanksgiving. I thought things would wait until after the holiday but they sent the installers out the same day. We were replacing the kitchen counter tops and HB Marble and Granite was the first place we checked. We met with Renan, who was very informative and patient with us. He gave us a general quote; explained the final quote would come after the home visit and measurements were taken. We then visited 7 other companies and got quotes. HB was the least expensive, but the most thorough regarding the quote and information. We chose HB because of the customer service. All of the personnel we dealt with were courteous and professional. The job was completed efficiently and cleanly, with little interruption to our routine. Renan even arranged for a window ledge in the kitchen to be replaced with a piece of the slab to match the counter top. Our plumber commented on the excellent finishing touches and overall job HB did. He stated he would recommend HB when a referral was requested by his clients.
