I ended up doing about 3 minutes with a break of a few seconds in the middle and loved the way I felt afterward, not to mention how I slept that night. I then decided to take advantage of a special that they had and bought cryotherapy sessions over the phone at a discounted rate. The person who sold them to me completely neglected to tell me the expiration date at all, or that the sessions would expire rather quickly after I purchased them. I then had a few things come up, and a few months did go by, after which I decided to call and schedule a cryotherapy session (or try to, anyway). I was told, rather nonchalantly, that the entire package I bought had expired. I asked if there was any way the expiration date could be extended. The answer was a resounding no because they had gone over to a new booking system in the time between the sale and my call. No further explanation was offered. The whole tone of this conversation was basically "oh no, looks like you're out of luck and lost some money. So sad! Nothing I can do about it! Gotta go!" Granted, the employee didn't use those phrases, but that's what it felt like overall. They seem like a business that is excited to sell products or services but doesn't really care about customer service once the sale has been made. I wish this business had been more transparent about the fact that if you buy any of their packages or services during a sale, that the expiration date rolls around quite quickly. If I had known this, I probably wouldn't have bought any specials in the first place simply because I'm a person who has a lot going on and also travels for work. I won't be coming back.
