I appreciated that. 2) they kept in touch via email/text reminding me about when the electricians would arrive. I REALLY appreciate that. 3)THEY ARRIVED ON TIME! You know most places don't. They did and I soooo appreciated it. 4) Michael and Joshua were so professional and soooo nice! They solved our issues in no time at all! They were a joy to have work on our electrical issues! 5) And since we have a really old house, they're gonna come back to fix a non-urgent , minor electrical issue with a heating unit. 6) I thought the price was fair, given the amount of work they did. My initial issue was a wired fire/CO alarm that kept beeping every minute even though there was no smoke or fire. It had been doing that for 5 days so I was very grateful they were able to come out. I also had a light fixture in the shower which needed replacing. They determined the alarm was old and needed to be replaced, which they did. And they replaced the light fixture in the bathroom. They are 100% my first call for ANY electrical needs! I always hate having to try new companies because you never know what you're gonna get. These guys are fabulous! When we first met Chad back in May 2021, we were looking to get some low lighting in the front &…read moreback yard. Chad was very knowledgeable as my wife and I did not know much about low lighting. Chad gave us a lot different choices and he recommended Phillips Hue system that gave more variety with colored effects than just white lighting. He came back a few times with ideas until we made a decision. We installed the system in January 2022 and for the first few months the system was great! However a few months later we started getting issues with the cabling and Chad came back out to diagnose the issue and resolved it. Every few months we were having issues with the system which was very disheartening as it was an expensive system and the issue was the cabling and Chad no longer promoted Phillips Hue after our experience. We are still having issues with the system it was usually in the back yard but the past 2 times it has been in the front yard. When I have contacted Chad he has been responsive and I usually have to wait around 2-3 weeks until he was able to come out and fix the problem. In October 2024 we had another issue with some of the lights flickering and sometimes it doesn't switch on. I contacted Chad and it took a couple of texts to get a response saying he would be unavailable for 2 weeks but he would be in touch to come and look at the issue. It's been more than 6 weeks and he hasn't still responded to any of mine or my wife's text or messages, as we were concerned of his well being after silence. He has completely gone silent and it is unlike him not to reply but we have been left stranded and ignored. We would have preferred for him to respond and say no I can't keep coming to fix the issue rather than just to be ignored. We regret putting the Phillips Hue system and wish we just put in white lights and my wife + we feel very disappointed and let down with Chad also considering we gave him some work at our HOA. We are all about helping folks and promoting good work. Chad is a great guy, we are sorry our system is problematic but he charges to come and fix issues, we are disappointed to be left stranded with silence to texts, emails and messages. This is not the way you treat a good customer and we felt he was not happy coming to fix the issues as it was every few months, which is unheard of. We are very disappointed in Phillips Hue. We were not about to change the system again to just simple white lights after spending thousands. We now find someone else to help resolve the issue. We wish Chad would at least support the failures and help us rather than having us restart the process with a new professional. It saddens me to write this review as if you look at my reviews they are always generally positive but this experience is one we needed tor share for awareness.

Needed to get a panel upgrade and an EV charger installed. There's an open space between my panel…read moreand my garage, so I was told by other electricians that I'd have to get someone else to break the concrete because they don't do that. These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

Work completed between Dec 2024 - Jan 2025…read more Team & Process My wife and I had just closed on a house and contracted Electric Brothers to update the electrical work on our new home. Our home inspector had recommended Electric Brothers to us. They were very easy to communicate with. This was my first time working with a contractor at this scope. Thankfully the team was professional and accommodating to our questions throughout the whole process. I had a huge list of work I wanted done on the house and the crew were understanding and offered financially flexible options for the work. Early on we had an unrelated permitting issue on the house and Electric Brothers was patient and helped us come up with solutions on how to continue the work on the electrical permit without affecting the other permit. From the get go Kamea and Isaac came out to do a walkthrough of our home to decide what the scope of work would be. At this point we weren't certain of how we were planning on remodeling the house but Kamea and Isaac offered flexible solutions. They were able to get the permit and started on the work quite quickly. Jose, Jonathan and the rest of the crew got to work removing the panel and old outlets and switches. I had requested some change orders later on and Eric and David were able to accommodate quickly. After all the work was complete, Antonio and Marcos patched all the holes inside and out. The patch work even impressed our inspector and the electric company that stopped by to adjust our power lines. The whole team was great and was willing to offer a ton of great house advice in general. Scope of Work The scope of the work included a panel upgrade, moving the panel and adding grounding to the house. We had also extended our powerline above the roof of the house to give our backyard some more vertical space. For the full house rewire, we had replaced all the existing wire with new wiring and relocated many of the outlets and switches. Kamea and Isaac worked closely with us to position the outlets and switches exactly where we wanted them. This included outlets inside and outside. Throughout the process we did have many specific requests but the team was able to pivot quickly without hesitation. Of course this did cause some slight miscommunication in the office but nothing detrimental to the project. In addition to the rewire work we also wanted to set up the electrical for our future remodeling plans. Jose made sure the circuits in the kitchen would be appropriate for the new appliances we had ordered. We updated some of our exterior lights as well and added additional lighting in one of our bathrooms. Both bathrooms were updated with new Panasonic vent fans. I also requested the wiring to be set up for an electric car charger for the future. Summary All in all a great experience! We'd definitely work together again in the future. My best suggestion to other new homeowners for a project of this scale is to align on the specific project goals before the starting walkthrough.
