There customer service is amazing. They are amazing as well. If you need a house I would recommend them.

I am writing this review based on my first amendment rights, as this is my true and honest opinion of this company. Let me start off by saying when I moved to this town over a decade ago, Sid was on a role.. the only name in real estate we heard...but since then ... the company has gone down the tubes and here is why... Crooks. Like two other reviews on Yelp ( with 12 others voting for those reviews ) so a total of 14 others that have something negative to say about this company, plus myself. My experience is simple.. Shortly after the passing of a family member, I inherited a condo and entrusted this company with the rental of said property due to being in the military and living out of state. To make a long story short, I signed a contract that wasn't honored by the company. I was told for any repair done to the condo above $500 would need my consent to move forward. I assumed they would be writing down an itemized list of what they fixed.. with price... but they didn't. So, guess what... that did not happen and they made it (and are still making it) appear my fault. They did THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs..... without my consent. Upon calling them- they claimed that they didn't have good reviews along with the bad ones... but i can assure you.... there's a reason for that. This company of crooks is run completely wrong.. and how glad I am to see better companies pop up around tiny Twin Falls to give my business to. When family members pass on, there are crooks like this that prey on families. I told them I would pay this.. and am receiving harassing emails for payment, but I've been talking to my lawyer first. Please beware of this company. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.. because according to this site... I'm not the only one (there is about 15-16 people who feel this way.) simply unethical practices from the staff, with the boss trying to cover that up. It was simple. I wanted to know where they spent my money and they couldn't give me an answer in the form of an itemized receipt, and I cannot express how important it is that when handling a clients money you know EXACTLY where it is going. read more

So back couple months I reviewed this business. I would never rent from Lezamiz even if I was to be out sleeping in the car. I had issues with noise, bugs, sink, which I have copies of emails for. I sued Sid over imaginary repairs. Pin holes are not damages but rather wear and tear in state of idaho. Many more things he tries to get away with are wear and tear. Would I recommend his business to anyone. Absolutely not. Can he make me. Absolutely not. I have freedom of speech. . Sid couldn't handle the fact that there are reviews on Yelp about him from me, so now he had Peterson Law Office threaten me to remove the review or face the lawsuit. THE LETTER STATES: Demand is hereby made upon you to immediately cease and desist from defaming my client, its owners, employers or agents. Demand is further hereby made upon you to immediately retract your Yelp Review as well as any other libelous publications you have made online. My opinion in this review concludes to this. This review is about as honest as it gets. We rented from Lezamiz for a year and a half. For the most part we didn't have to deal with them very much which was just fine. We were good tenants and didn't need much. We did ask for a burner on the stove to get fixed which they apparently forgot about because we asked about it early on when we'd just moved in, but they didn't get around to it until the month before we moved out (to be fair, we didn't pester them about it, it wasn't a huge deal and I didn't use the burner a whole lot while cooking so I didn't press the matter and it was eventually fixed when some other things needed tending to, which they got to in a fair amount of time) they were also pretty nice about negotiating the pet rent when my dog came to live with us. So that was helpful and appreciated. Overall not a terrible experience of actually living there. I dealt with one woman most of the time and she was pleasant to deal with and I felt like she took good care of us. When it came time to move out though I was sorely disappointed with the way Sid treated us. He was a flat out jerk! He was rude when I gave the notice about us moving out. In the contract you have to give 30 days notice and we didn't have 30 days to give them but I was well aware we'd be pro-rated for the rent up to that 30 day mark and didn't have a problem with that. Sid acted like I was trying to screw over his company by terminating our rent with them. We were done with our contracted lease and we bought a house and he acted like we were doing something shady any underhanded. He then asked who we used as a realtor which is really none of his business and threw a little tantrum that we didn't use his realtor. Sorry, but we'd gone out with her a few times and she didn't end up being a great fit for us. Very nice woman, just not as helpful for first time home Buyers as we'd have liked. Fast forward to the day we received our deposit back. My husband and I spent an entire day cleaning the rental before leaving. It was way cleaner than when we first moved in and yet we were charged $135 for a cleaning crew to come in and clean it. I'm not even sure what they could've even cleaned. That place was spotless. We were also charged $75 for the lawn to be mowed. We mowed it the week that we moved out so to be fair it hadn't been mowed in 3 weeks, but when I stopped by the old rental to pick up mail that was still being delivered there...it still hadn't been mowed and the new tenant was already moved in so I'm sure that poor guy has to mow it. Which brings me to another complaint. When we moved in in April of 2016 the lawn was so overgrown that my husband took 5 hours to mow it and had to go over it twice at two different grass cutting heights in order to not break the mower. It clearly hadn't been maintained in at least 3 weeks but we were the ones who had to take care of it. Overall I probably wouldn't work with Sid again. The rest of his crew was nice enough, but he needs to work on his customer service/business skills. read more

I hate that I even have to give one star. This has been the worst experience dealing with a property management company. Through out the lease it would take days to get a phone call back. Someone always answered when I called, but I would be sent to another individuals voice mail because they were never in. Upon move out date it took a full month to get any news on the rental unit. I called once a week and left a message until I finally receive an email the first of the next month. Very unprofessional. When I received the paperwork in the mail for the repairs and damages, there was no cost next to it. It literally was a list. I had no idea how much I was being charged out of my $1300 deposit for repairs. All the information I was given was the amount I got back. Which is a joke. This whole situation I feel like I've been scammed, and I don't want anyone ever to feel take advantage of. Lezamiz property management has a jaded set of staff, and is a hassle to work with. I wish that I had paid attention to all of the poor reviews. Horrible uncaring and unprofessional individuals that make renting a home unbearable. Pam oversees the rentals, she is a disrespectful and rude person. Don't fall for how nice they can be in the beginning because renting from this company has been a true nightmare. Listen to the unhappy tenants and don't waste your time and money with this company. It isn't worth it! read more
